We were in desperate need of a new furnace in the dead of winter and decided to switch to gas from oil. We contacted Valcourt (Chad) and he came out quickly, reviewed our old furnace, and gave us an estimate. Valcourt was our lowest estimate but our selection was also based on three building contractor recommendations and their knowledge of his work. Last year Valcourt installed a Bosch ducted heat pump. Chad planned it out perfectly, didn't try to oversell us on what was needed, and has an excellent crew - installing ducts, electrician, and the pump. the result was fantastic. They overcame any technical challenges. This year when a slight modification was required they came out within 2 hours of my calling and spent several hours here until it was right. And Chad patiently answered all of my questions. I really recommend them

For routine services, they’ve always been reliable, timely, and professional.

Chad also spent the time educating us and made a few improvement suggestions. He could have totally upsold us, but he suggested a cheaper alternative instead. We joked he is the worst sales guy.

Then, during an emergency, Chad got in the car and came over to our home within 15min of speaking. No sooner, he had a technician here another 15min later. Where else would you get this service so promptly??
