The removal of old dishwasher and installation of new was done with the greatest of ease. The workers were polite, wore masks during this social distancing period, answered our questions and were very polite. I really appreciated getting a text to say they were on their way.

The repairman was knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on. As soon as he saw the problem he knew what was going on, ordered the part and when it arrived was back to fix the problem quickly.
Also checked the hoses and cleaned filters. I would definitely recommend.

Roia Appliance answered my frantic call on a Friday for a broken fridge. Young lady who took my call very nice and professional. Offered to come the next day (Saturday), but I actually wouldn't be there so they came today (Monday). The tech showed up on time (Rare these days), was very polite, wore booties in the house. Showed and explained the problem and what he did to fix it. Extremely pleased and would recommend.
