Pride installed a furnace in my home. They made this a priority because I had no heat. The team did an impressive job and answered all our questions. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. This was much appreciated since we have a finished basement. I highly recommend this business.

AC went down in hot weather on a Friday with a heat wave coming. When I called Pride they said they would get to me as soon as they could but that it may be the following week. I'm sure their techs had more than enough to do and were already scheduled. I was gobsmacked when they called me around 3:00pm later that day and said there were techs on the way. After diagnosing the issue, they called 2 more techs to assist. Then a severe thunderstorm hit with wind, rain, lightning, thunder while they were working on the problem. Fortunately, everyone survived and the problem was fixed by 5:00pm. They all deserved a nice weekend. I couldn't have asked for more from them... Thanks again Pride!
