Alex from Superior Comfort came out to service our boiler and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was extremely professional, helpful, and transparent throughout the visit. I really appreciated that he explained everything clearly about the state of our boiler without being pushy or overly salesy. His approach made me feel confident that I was getting honest and accurate information. Great service—I’d highly recommend Superior Comfort and Alex for anyone needing boiler maintenance!

I called Superior Comfort for help with a leaky mixing valve on our water boiler. Kevin Yeh showed up and was able to help by tightening the nut in the valve knob. That’s all that was needed. However, Kevin was very knowledgeable in explaining how we can have an improved heating system that is more efficient and effective than our current system. Our on-demand water heater is not able to keep up in winter, so we have cool showers all winter long. Kevin was very polite, informative, and a pleasure to discuss these matters.

Amazing experience so very grateful for Kevin. He was so lovely and so capable of finding gas leak where another plumber had not been able to find it. He was very respectful of my house and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company based on Kevin’s performance. Thank you so much Kevin for helping us out at a very difficult time.

I really enjoy working with Superior Comfort Plumbing. Not only are they more affordable than other local plumbers, they are wonderful communicators and do an excellent job. Kevin helped us install a circulator so we can get hot water in our shower, and he was quick, efficient, and patient, and now we don’t have to take cold showers anymore!

They just replaced my heating and air conditioning and it was an excellent experience. They offered the best price with the best warranty. Everyone I dealt with, from Chad, who came to give me a quote and measure everything, to the crew of four young men who installed everything in two days, were polite, efficient, thorough and extremely hard-working. Ryan, Jared, Devon, and Kyle did the install and I have never seen harder working people! I didn’t see them take any breaks and they worked straight through from 8 AM to 5 PM on both days. Attached is a picture of the outside AC units. Very neat and well installed. I have now signed up for a maintenance plan with them and feel very pleased about the whole experience.

Justin did an outstanding job installing four ceiling fans in my home. He was professional and clearly competent and when the fans I had purchased turned out to be too low-hanging for the space, he helped me think through solutions. He was super patient when I got flustered and indecisive and that made the experience much less stressful than it could have been. He returned the next day to complete the work without charging extra, which was above and beyond and the fans look great and work perfectly. He also kept the spaces he worked in spotlessly clean, which was a first for me. Skilled, honest, and easy to work with — I highly recommend him and Superior Comfort.

Alex was the best! He let me know when he would arrive, also he was very kind and helped me understand all details involved . He checked everything inside as well the utility room to see what was happening. He worked with one of my neighbors to locate other things which are needed to make everything working again. Also he explained everything to me about the cost and contract. He has also let me know when he would be returning. I feel very confident with this choice.

Twelve hours before the blizzard is to hit and I wake up to a sixty degree house and a non-functioning boiler. A call to Superior was answered immediately and a technician was dispatched. Chris was at my house within 90 minutes of my original call. Chris diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken part and my house was heated once again. Kudos to Brendon, Andrew and Chris for solving my problem in a timely fashion. Chris was great explaining all the issues! Very satisfied!!!

The customer service at Superior Comfort Inc. was excellent from the start. They were able to schedule a visit before the holidays. I was having a problem with an electrical outlet which wasn't working for my dishwasher. My electrician Justin B. texted me to notify me of his arrival.( with a picture) Justin was thorough with diagnosing the problem and explained in great detail what needed to be done. He had to inspect every breaker in the breaker box. Found the issue and made the repair which was replacing two electrical outlets and separating one electrical outlet on its own circuit. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Justin.

Derek serviced our waterheater today in preparation for the winter.It was a wonderful experience from the moment the appointment was established."Superior Comfort " kept me in the loop with updates about appointment time and the arrival of our technician. Fantastic service and superior knowledge no pun intended! From the start of sales coming out to the quote to the outstanding service done by the installers Kyle and company were hands down. From explaining the process when they were working to finishing up step by step! Very personable and dedicated to their product! We had issues with our hot water to our shower, Kevin came to fix it for us. It turned into a bigger job than expected and a pretty lengthy amount of time he had to spend at our house on a Friday night. But he was so kind and he explained everything so that we could understand it and made sure we were ok before the next step. He will definitely be the reason we return as customers, excellent customer service and super patient. Thank you, Kevin!

Justin spent the greater portion of two days in our home doing electrical service. He provided outstanding service. His competence was matched by his kind and respectful manner. When someone is doing work on your home and is spending time there, you want to feel confident about who is there. Justin rewarded ours.

Justin Boiani came out after heavy snow to reconnect our downed power lines, and he was absolutely fantastic. He worked diligently for hours in brutal cold, was incredibly kind, and kept us informed every step of the way. Superior Comfort came through for us with same-day service when no one else could. We’ll definitely be using them for all of our electrical needs moving forward. Our wimpy dogs would also like to thank Justin for getting the heat and lights back on 🐾 Huge thanks for braving the freezing temps!

Kyle was excellent! Really appreciate him diagnosing the issue and getting our water heater/boiler up and running again. He took the time to explain things, fixed a wiring issue and showed me another part that should be replaced at some point. Price was very reasonable.

We had intermittent power loss for about two months, and two other electricians couldn’t figure it out or offer a clear plan. Superior sent out Paul Borges, and from the first visit he explained what was likely going on and laid out a real plan of action. He came back while the power was actually out, found the issue, and now everything is completely fixed! Paul was great to work with, stayed on it until it was resolved, and his professionalism and follow through were top notch. Highly recommend!

The team at Superior Comfort is fantastic! Everything from the initial consultation to the install to the financing has been a smooth experience. They replaced my boiler and hot water tank today. The team was very efficient and paid attention to every detail. They made sure to walk me through all of the features after the install and answered my questions as well. I will be recommending this company to everyone!

Superior comfort helped us when we needed it most, furnace broke down during the extreme cold weekend and with a six year old it was really tough, but they were able to come in the same day and provided us temporary heat relief with space heaters. Then Kyle and Devine arrived on time on Monday to install the new furnace, absolutely professional and courteous, and they cleaned up perfectly after the job.

Derek and Paulo were courteous and polite during the whole process. They informed me of what to expect and how long it would take. The furnace replacement went perfectly. We are very satisfied with their service.
