Service techs came to problem solve a leak that we thought may have been associated with our central air. The technicians determined that the problem was not related to the AC system. They offered a potential solution and recommended a company that might be able to help us. They were polite, professional and timely!

Rich the technician that came to the house did an outstanding job and was very particular in detail in every aspect. We recently moved here to Westerly from out of state, and had no clue who to call. We found Boss on the internet with good reviews. Well I’m adding to those 5 star reviews. Our technician Glen was here within the window of time he gave us, he figured out the problem within the first 10 mins of being here, and now we have heat upstairs again! Very pleased, will use again come Spring for our AC maintenance.

My Prestige triangular tube gas furnace failed and stopped working during a cold snap. The team at Boss Heating And Cooling did everything right. Their technician diagnosed the problem and quickly ordered the right parts. As soon as the parts arrived they returned and repaired the furnace without delay.

Extremely professional technicians who showed up early and with a wonderful attitude who went out of their way to show and teach me how to maintain and repair my furnace. Paul and his tech were fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough! If you have HVAC issues in the Charlestown area and your not calling Boss Heating your messing up.

I had an electric water heater replaced. They were professional and quick. They even did a great job cleaning up afterwards. It cost less than I expected but, I've never had a water heater replaced before.

What prompted this call was a lack of hot water. I called another place that is advertised on TV all the time. You would think that, with the words Plumbing and heating in the name, they would have sent someone that new something about plumbing and or heating. Nope, they sent an electrician that charged me $324 to tell me the power was good. "Do I need a new water heater?", "I don't know I'm just an electrician", "Can I run it with just the hot water from the boiler?", "I don't know, I'm just an electrician"

I should have called Boss FIRST. The guy that came out for the quote (same day) answered all my questions about the water heater AND the furnace.

Boss just installed a new furnace and indirect water heater for me. They did a very nice job. They answered all of my questions, and explained the new system when they finished. And I know they'll be there if I ever need anything. I would definitely recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.
