Ryan was so responsive - timely communications and repair!

Ryan and Tom diagnosed add fixed a small release button an our microwave that required them to remove both units to access the button. This was extremely difficult because of the configuration of our kitchen and the interconnection of the 2 appliances. They actually physically supported both units for much of the time since the wiring and panels were not designed for repair. I was faced with the possibility that I might have to spend about $7500 and thought this war a probability since my units were discontinued. Instead it cost me a little over $ 200 or a fraction of the sales tax or instillation of new appliances. I wanted to pay them more and they refused.
Their only request was that I respond to this review. I have never been so pleased with any service as this one has been over and beyond my expectations.

Excellent Service. The technician looked at my refrigerator and found the problem right away and ordered both pieces. He called when the pieces came in and in 2 days my refrigerator is working better than ever. He was very professional and very nice

Called several.places with no luck. Called Ryan and he was out the next day and diagnosed the problem. He was able.to do a quick fix until.the part came in . Within a week he was back to fix my refrigerator. The tech was quick pleasant and left no mess. I would highly recommend this company and will use them if I have future issues.

Company was great. Wife schedule the appointment. Schedule was very flexible with the service date being only 3 days away (sat sun service was Monday) they could have been closed Sunday not sure. Got updates on how far out the tech was. Love that. Tech was Thomas. Very professional. Knew the problem inside of 10 min. 30 min more problem was fix and put back together. Couldn't have asked for better. Thomas was nice respectful and an all around professional. Gladly call them again. 5 stars

I got Ryan’s number from my father-in-law after trying to troubleshoot an error code on my Samsung washer relating to the water intake valve. I scheduled an appointment online and they arrived earlier within the time frame they gave me.

The technician’s name was Tom, he was a nice guy and got to work doing diagnostics. Total for the diagnostics was $125. Tom mentioned that he thought the main board on the washer had gone and that we’d get a call within 24 hours with an estimate.

Ryan called me the next day to let me know that the board would run $600-$700 after parts and labor, and that he usually recommends just getting a new machine at that point. However, he did mention that he wanted to try replacing the water intake valve just to see if it worked, and if it didn’t then it would be no charge. Otherwise, it would be $180.

Unfortunately, the valve replacement did not work, so we opted to just buy a new washer. Ryan did keep his word and didn’t charge for the second visit at all, which is greatly appreciated. Will absolutely call them again for any appliance issues.

Ryan's Appliance is the only repair company I use. They have helped us with the both the washer and dryer as well saving is money by repairing an old refrigerator. Highly recommend.

We had an emergency in that our upright freezer had died. The ice cream was soup. There were 2 repair people who did emergency work. We had called 7 places. The first person stated the unit was probably not worth the effort.

Ryan, after hearing that it was a Frigidaire, suggested the most likely issue was a relay. Common on these units. He came right over and saved the day. Easily saved us $500 in food plus the cost of a new freezer. The freeze is working just fine.

Very professional and organized. They show up when they say, inspected my dishwasher to find the issue, sent me an estimate for the part, and scheduled a time to do the repair. I thought the price was reasonable and would use them again in the future. Tom O. did a great job!

My stove’s element needed replacing so I called Ryan’s Appliance after checking out their reviews. Super responsive, knowledgeable and showed up when they said they would. What more can I ask for? My stove is all fixed! My cooking skills are still limited but the stove works….

Called Ryan Guertin Appliance Repair for the first time. They had a 3 day wait for service. I made the appointment through their website. Thomas came out during the given time span, calling about 20 minutes prior to his arrival. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator. A quote for labor and parts (a gasket) was then sent to my email. Thomas came back out a week later. He showed up within the time span given and put in the gasket. The company and website are easy to work with. The price was reasonable and Thomas was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use Ryan Guertin Appliance Repair in the future.

Ryan was excellent! He came in and was honest and shared his best opinion, which was he was willing to fix it but it would be temporary, and that we should consider buying something new. Even offered to pay him for his short time here, but he said not necessary. Can't beat an honest businessman!

Tom arrived at the given time and replaced the on/off switch on my dishwasher. Dishwasher is working fine now.
