We used NE Disaster twice. First, when a tree fell on our house. We were so impressed that when we had a house fire, they were one of the first people we called. We couldn't be happier with the job that they did. Our "new" house is even better that we could have hoped for. We were continually informed of progress as they rebuilt our home. Every person who worked on our house was professional, and kind - kind is important when you go through the emotional turmoil of a house fire. I can't say enough good things about the company and the people - they are like family!

We would highly recommend NEDRI for their quick response. Chris, DJ & their crews were awesome. They were on-time, thorough, excellent workmanship and followed it through until the end.

NE Disaster Restoration was incredible - came to my house 20 min. after a 80 ft tree hit my house and took out my sunroom, roof, and electricity - they had teams of people there quickly to get power restored and tree off the house - they helped my wife and I with managing the insurance claim as well as the full repairs to the house with their construction team. Everyone from the team was great, they were kind, patient, and provided the information we needed to get our home in a good place - thank you!

Incredible company to work with from beginning to end!! I had a devastating flood in my basement and they were there within an hour from my initial phone call. Made me feel at ease with the process and did a wonderful job. I cannot thank them enough!

During Chris's initial visit from Northeast Disaster Restoration to assess the water damage in our home, he mentioned that your company handles everything from mold and water mitigation to full restoration promptly. Like many others in our situation, we were eager to have our house restored as quickly as possible.

I am very pleased with the NE disaster Restoration. I am very happy with the work Richard and his team did in my basement. It was excellent and I'm very pleased with the job.

It started with mold as a result of a kitchen leak. The insurance company recommended N.E. Disaster Restoration. Everyone was wonderful. I would like to highlight three of those men. Louis, Andrew, and Trevor went above and beyond my expectations. Their personalities were just as important to me as their skillful knowledge. They dismantled, demolished, and created a beautiful kitchen for our family. Every single thing from the ceiling to the floor is more than I ever imagined. I'm so thankful for this company and these men. If you've experienced anything disastrous from a fire to a flood and anything in between, these are the comforting hands you want to be placed in.
