I woke up at 2am when there was a wind chill of -30° to find I had almost no heat on my 1st floor. I called at 7am and they were here at 8:30am.
I've been using Autiello Plumbing for at least 10 years and they have never disappointed me.

I used Auteillo for an expensive new heating and tankless hot water. I am still new in understanding this system, and it's scary. EVERY TIME I email, they respond by 6 am the next day. He has helped me to understand what is like a new language to me and resolves my concerns within a day. That kind of customer service is what I seek and I could not be more satisfied.

Autiello Plumbing has earned my business! I’ve had at least a half dozen plumbing issues in our old lake house over the last several years and Tom’s response to all of them have been immediate and efficient. You couldn’t ask for better customer service and results. Jobs performed so far by Autiello Plumbing: baseboard heat and toe kick heater install, underground water line install, sewage ejection pump replacement, tankless water heater install.

Autiello installed my Rinnai combination boiler 12 years ago after my home was flooded, their price was better than any other company by about 15% which was very important as my flood insurance fell very short on covering my loss. Over the past 12 years I've been able to maintain my unit myself. Though this past couple weeks I've had issues with my Rinnai and called a local company that I use for my mom's boiler it took them a week to 'fix it" and then my boiler stopped working again after only 4 days. So yesterday I decided to reach out to Rinnai website for Rinnai Certified Repair Shop, saw Autiello name pop up and said to myself hey they did my install years ago, I gave them a call at 4 pm and told them the code my unit displayed. Anthony said he'd research the code, then he called me back a half hour later and said he could have a service tech pick up the part and come to my house when the tech finished the call that he was on. Aidan arrived around 6 pm came in did some diagnostics to ensure that it was the part in question. Then proceeded with the repair, flushed and purged my boiler and my heat and hot water were working like new by 7:30 pm.

Bottom line is if you have a Rinnai product, call a Rinnai Certified Installer / repair shop. I highly recommend calling Autiello for the following reasons, upfront honest pricing and quality work done right the first time.

Side note I own business in CT and at friend's suggestion when I needed to replace a high volume hot water system 5 years ago he said go with (2) Navien units in tandem as the total cost was 30-40 % less than (2) comparable Rinnai units my friend owns the same type of business and who doesn't want to save money. There I chose the Navien for my business but both units developed leaks in the same internal mixing pipe within a month of each other this year out of warranty. Fortunately for me, I am handy and was able to procure and change those pipes myself. Both units also required new flame sight glasses and igniters this year.

I had my boiler replaced with another tankless coil oil burner system through them. Quoted well within budget, and they were able to schedule within a 3 week window. Both technicians showed up on schedule for both days of the install, and did a very fine job! Strongly recommend!

Very professional and fair price

I spoke with Tony this morning after receiving a bill that seemed very off given the circumstances. Tony was extremely apologetic and helped to the best of his ability, which was very much appreciated. He understood the frustration surrounding the circumstances and was very attentive. I took away one star for the horrible technician we dealt with (who left us without heat because he had to go to the circus and was 1.5 hours later than the window provided). BUT the company overall definitely earned back some stars because of Tony’s great customer service. Thank you, Tony!

We went a week without heat. Schedule tight and got the wrong part from supply house, so when I called on a Saturday to insist they do something they finally fixed it. And charged me at their overtime rate.

Every time I call to get in touch with them they never answer and when you leave a voice-mail they won't answer.

5min at this call and a charge of 95$ to say it's not happening now. I'm not saying there shouldn't be a charge but$95 for 5min

EDIT: This story speaks for itself. It stands to note that the owner felt so threatened by this review that he went back and invented a bogus schedule and unbelievable story about GPS tracking to try and make himself look like less of a heel. I am not mistake about the times I mentioned. And the fact of the matter is that this plumber could not handle setting up an extremely simple well pump.

The water in my house completely shut down 24 hours after I had major surgery, creating a major a emergency in my home. Autiello thought it wise to send a clueless/newbie apprentice to take care of this emergency - after 6 hours of screwing around, the owner of Autiello Plumbing instructed his apprentice to walk off the job, claiming that it was too difficult for him to complete. I had another plumber come out 20 minutes later, and it took him less than 30 minutes to fix the plumbing.

This plumber sent an apprentice to work on my plumbing. The apprentice stayed for over 6 hours at my house, almost until midnight... on a Saturday. This man's attitude and communication were deplorable. It was obvious that he had no idea how to install the replacement equipment he needed for the project, as he called his boss every 10 minutes for hand-holding instructions throughout the entire 6 hours he was here.

Do not use Autiello plumbing for anything. They can't handle the simplest of projects.
