1. Your team was able to demo and remove 2’x4’x140’, 50 year old rocky concrete wall & footing within 8 hours
2. “THEN” re-grade & gravel prep, keeping the occasional landslides under control
3. “THEN” engineer & rebuild (plumbed to home) stacked 2’x2’x4’ large landscaping blocks ; Each at 1+ ton (2200 lb.), where lined end/end, runs over the length of a 300 foot football field at a total of 80+ tons (160,000+ lb.)
*That would be equivalent to crushing, 160, Harley Davidson CVO Road Glide Ultras at 1000 lb. each, into 2’x2’x2’ blocks -or- crushing, 80, 1971 Volkswagen Bugs at 2000 lb. each, into 2’x2’x4’ blocks

Cruz Construction just finished my circular and straight driveways. They removed and hauled the old driveway out and laid the new. Lots of square footage and they completed in a day and a half. The guys worked really hard in the heat and it looks fantastic! Very happy with the results.

We just had our driveway paved. Cruz did everything stated in the written estimate for the price quoted. The crew was efficient, thorough and polite. To our way of thinking, the job done is above and beyond what we anticipated it would be! Keith is a pleasure to deal with. Anyone wanting a quality paving job done should definitely call Cruz.

Cruz Construction is my "go to" Contractor for all site and ground breaking repairs, installations and enhancements to my property at 27 Parker Street in Lincoln. He has also placed, poured and finished over 200 linear feet of concrete walks at our house in Manville.
His office staffer Nicole was professional, congenial and always fielded my calls and questions and made sure Joe got my messages. The Cruz crew are early starters, professionals in their trades and very well mannered. Have a paving project that really matters to you? You can’t go wrong with the team at Cruz Construction.
We used Cruz to put in a new driveway at a prior home 20 years ago on a site that was complicated by challenging grades. The planning and design was perfect, the execution was exactly as promised, and proof of quality was the test of time.
When we needed to replace a driveway at another property this year Cruz hit another home run!

Last year, Cruz did a major road replacement and drainage job for a joint project funded by three condominium associations, including my own. It was a difficult job due to underground utilities and unexpected rocky conditions, but Cruz got it done efficiently and well. Charges for extra work beyond what was in the original contract were reasonable. Paving and berms are of a high quality, too. I would definitely recommend Cruz for any asphalt paving and/or drainage work you need.

Started a big project, for us, just homeowners, I acted as the general contractor, a new experience for me.The job, rebuilding our garage, entailed demolition, grading the site, digging trenches for plumbing and electrical lines, a foundation, pouring of a concrete floor, and asphalting the driveway. I obtained quotes from multiple people for every component of the project. After going through tens of quotes, Cruz Construction, the only entity who quoted on every part of the project, beat every one on price for all the different parts of the job that needed to be done. I worked with Keith Gaumond at Cruz; he was knowledgeable, always honest, straightforward, and easy to work with in all circumstances. He made GC job easy, I learned a lot from Keith. I give my highest recommendation for Cruz Construction.

I am a lifelong resident of Cumberland, RI, over the years I observed Cruz Construction doing work throughout town and admired the quality work they do. I always thought if I needed some type of construction done that's who I would call. I finally had a project that fit the bill. Cruz Construction cut an opening in my basement and added a bulkhead, they also enlarged my driveway, and my house being on a corner lot suggested I make a horseshoe to swing in and out easier. Great idea, all work was preformed professionally, on time, and within budget, no extra costs. That was a few years back, since then I've moved. The new house needed a very big driveway, getting worried I wouldn't get it in before winter, Keith got the Cruz team together, weather permitting, had the job done in two days. Excellent team of workers, friendly, courteous, and professional. Better than what I expected. The owner Joe Cruz will go above and beyond.

Joe and his team removed and installed a new heated driveway at our house. We have a steep and long driveway, and from the minute my husband spoke to Joe, we knew we wanted him for the job. He is knowledgeable, professional and his work product is exceptional. He communicated with us regularly and ALWAYS got back to us within a day on any questions we had. Just had my driveway done by Cruz Construction again. My last driveway by Cruz lasted 30 years which is way past the average life span. The crew were professional, courteous and hard working. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them I couldn't be happier!

We are so delighted with our new driveway, pavers, and gravel. Our driveway was in dire need of replacement, Our backyard had been destroyed by years of dumpers and heavy construction, and rain was pooling around the foundation of the house. Keith from Cruz Construction made numerous visits to our property to discuss the best way to address our needs. We decided on a cement driveway, a paved backyard, and gravel along the foundation of the house.
