I called on a Tuesday and they came out on Thursday I had no heat. They were here waiting for me when I came home from work. They cleaned the furnace and made some adjustments very nice and reasonable prices
I called couple of days later with another problem they came by fixed the problem I will definitely be using them again.

My hot water heater broke on a Sunday, I am a first time home owner and this was the biggest issue I’ve had since moving in 3 years ago. Of course I was a panic mode as I have a tenant upstairs so I called Brandon and he was here in less than an hour and my tank was replaced same day! Forever grateful ! Ironically my toilet flush broke the same day and he was able to fix that too!! I will for sure call Leiter heating and cooling for any future plumbing needs!! Thank you Brandon!!

This guy is awesome. Very responsive. Honest as the day is long and reasonable with his pricing. All in all a great experience I had with this company. I would recommend him and will do that going forward. Great job bro! And by the way I am a grouchy and hard to please so you know he must be good for me to say these things.

Brandon and his team were professional and very prompt over the mini split installation in our home. He worked with us to find the best area to place the equipment. Brandon answered all my questions and his price was very reasonable. We will be sure to contact Brandon for our heating and cooling needs in the future.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. Our heat stopped working late in the day due to a boiler issue. Brandon answered right away and they were able to come by, diagnose and fix the issue getting us back up and running. Extremely polite and professional, and even showed me some things to help maintain my boiler better going forward. Very fair pricing as well. I’ll definitely be calling these guys in the future. I’m a very happy customer! I was first recommended Brandon by a friend because I needed a routine cleaning/maintenance of my boiler. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He also didn’t have a months long waiting list like a few other companies I contacted previously. He was willing to come out immediately.

He did a great job cleaning the boiler, and while he was here, I asked him what may be causing my hot water to take forever to heat up. He was able to quickly diagnose that I needed a new mixing valve, and he fixed it promptly and inexpensively! I’m very happy with the hot water now. This was in the beginning of February.

Last night, I contacted him again to ask why my boiler seemed to be humming louder than usual. He offered to come inspect it the very next day. He quickly realized that my new overhead oil line that I recently had installed was vibrating and was clipped onto a pipe causing the humming! And he didn’t charge me for this, even though I had used a different company to install the oil line. I would highly recommend this company and Brandon to anyone who needs maintenance or service on their heating systems. Very professional, inexperience, and reliable service. He also seemed very patient with explaining everything to me. 10/10 recommend.

Boiler stopped working so I called a bunch of places and Brandon was the first person to get back to me. I really appreciated getting a free estimate on the work needed, and it was all reasonable priced. Easy communication, no bs. Happy to recommend him to more friends in the area.
