The team is detailed and knowledgeable. My first experience with this company was for a replacement water heater. Somehow, it failed, A phone call that same day, and service replacement with a new unit that same day, because this team honors their work and litterally showed quick concern to have hot water in the home. Wow, pretty much floored at the service. I recommend them.

I contacted MTS based on prior reviews and was not disappointed. Their price was extremely reasonable and the guys were just great. They explained everything that was involved in the installation of my split system in a manner that I could understand, and made a great cost-saving recommendation. They were on time, very courteous and respectful...my 82 y/o mom loved them! Would definitely use them again.

I cannot recommend them highly enough, I had existing forced hot air heating system failed, they quoted me a replacement that was far more efficient than my existing, only delay was parts had to be ordered to install a new system into existing infrastructure. Also looking forward to using their services to add air conditioning to my HVAC system.

MTS replaced my water heater that failed. We are very happy with the work performed. Communication was clear, the team was professional and friendly.

We purchased our 112 year old home this summer and were lucky to get connected with MTS shortly after we closed. We've been dealing with many vendors over that time and MTS is far and away the most responsive and reliable of everyone we have worked with. I don't think I've ever called where it wasn't picked up - by a real person! - immediately, and each time MTS solved our problem quickly. On top of that, they're very thorough about talking through the causes of various issues - and the options/ cost effectiveness of trying to solve them. Just a great company and great people to work with.

Jeremy did great work helping me with my hot water heater. He put together a couple of quotes to give me some options and then talked through what the choices were. Once we picked a path he had the hit water heater replaced in 48 hours.

Look no further MTS Mechanical is hands down the best you will find. We had an emergency situation with our furnace and called MTS. Jeremy, Kyle and their team came out and promptly resolved our issues. They are real professionals and do stellar work. We are beyond grateful and very highly recommend their services. Honest, affordable and trustworthy.

Again If I could give more than 5 stars I would for the excellent service I received from Jeremy and gang at MTS Mechanical. This is the third time I have used MTS and it has always been for a near crisis situation. Today was a furnace and water tank replacement. From the time I called for help to the time of install it was less than a week. This was a huge job and done in a timely fashion. Communication was excellent, billing was explained fully prior to install, options were provided as to what would work best and it all was delivered and explained with extreme professionalism. My heat is on, my water is hot and the basement was left spotless. I would recommend MTS highly for all heating and plumbing needs!

I called three different HVAC repair places this last sunday, several of which said they had 24/7 service due to a minisplit that rained on my head for the third year in a row. MTS was the first and only callback early monday morning, 8 am so they won the prize. The person who had called made an appointment for a mid day time slot which of course went overtime as I was an add in, but I was prepared for that. The good news was excellent customer service as he called 45ish minutes early to say they were running very late. It wasn’t a problem for me as I’ve been down this road before so they got here later in the afternoon and after I’d explained what was happening to only that one mini split, out of seven, they took off an L connection and made the drain a straight line from now on. My previous plumbers whom I’d gotten these from 8-10 years ago was perfectly happy charging me $500/year to drain and clean but not fix the actual problem, so next summer in august I will see if this indeed fixed the issue. He and I both thought it would and I got charged the appointment amount since they were only here about a half hour at most and it was a fairly simple thing to do. I am delighted at the good customer service and prompt action plus great reasonable price. Their price to do the others with a pull apart clean out is also much more reasonable than my previous plumbing family so I am happy I found them for any HVAC or possibly regular plumbing duties I may need in the future. I will know by the end of next summer if this actually worked, but I’m feeling good about that and about MTS Mechanical. Good job Guys!!

Two fine men arrived the same morning that help was requested and solved our problem in a professional manner.

I cannot say enough about my experience, I called a couple places and these guys delivered the best quote and experience. Very straight forward and honest from the beginning.

The gentleman that serviced my furnace was friendly and professional. He answered all the questions I had regarding my heating system.
