Choice 1 has been cleaning my house for years. They started when i had no children now i have two. Even with the extra messes, the house is always spotless when they leave. I would HIGHLY recommend them

I used Choice 1 Cleaning today for the first time and I just can't believe what a beautiful job these ladies did. They were so friendly and thorough. I moved to a house with 21 years of cigarette smoke and I have terrible allergies and asthma. It's unbelievable how clean they made this house. I will be a continuing customer!! We have an active lifestyle and two large dogs. We decided we needed help on a routine basis with the housecleaning chores. I tried three companies and they didn't work for us. Very pleased to have found Choice 1 Cleaning. Their crew is quick, very thorough and most important to us...consistent. The crew goes right thru our home now on a regular basis and we are confident and pleased with the professional top notch service we receive. Hats off to them!

In January, l got my initial cleaning, dubbed deep cleaning, with Choice 1. Jenn was prompt to respond to cleaning request. Her crew, headed by Patrice, were constantly moving and cleaning. With 2 cats, add cat fur and nose prints on windows to basic cleaning, I don't think a corner of the floor or woodwork trim was missed. Three bathrooms included in Richmond home.

Let me state clearly that I will not be hiring this company again. I found them through Angie's list and hired them due to many positive reviews.

I am very disappointed as I was looking to have a good firm in on a weekly basis.

I am giving them 2 stars because the girls worked their butts off with the crappy equipment and cleaning products they had. I hired them through Angie''s list. I felt there were only 1-2 experienced cleaners in the crew, because the one in charge of the basement missed an ENTIRE bathroom and there was broken glass on the floor under my minifridge cart and dirt that I cleaned up with some scrubbing bubbles. I had to redo parts of the basement myself.

I was told by Ms. Silva (The lady doing the quote and the walk through) that they would be using quality, petsafe products and good equipment. The girls arrived with dollar store generic cleaning products and a vac that looks like something someone pick up off the curb. It gave them so much aggro. They had to stop to keep fixing it and sharing it. I have a state of the art Shark. They could have used that. I had to redo the carpets and shampoo them to get off loads more fur and dirt that the shoddy equipment left behind. So therefore the products were not quality and certainly were not pet safe.

Another thing that annoyed me was the already low quality cleaning products were frozen from having been left in someone's car. I saw a frozen bottle of lysol with a glacier sitting in it and this was from 1-4PM. They had a job prior to me, so it had been out of the car for some time and was still frozen. Seriously it is no surprise my house smelled worse when they left than it did when they started.

The owner came unannounced and just let herself right in. That really was cheeky and pissed me off. Then she had the nerve to say she confused me for one of the girls and had this attitude that came off as if I was beneath her. She evidently was there to check on the work the girls were doing and was taking a white dust cloth to my bed and furniture. She reeked of fags and after she left, I had to spray my house with air freshener and open the windows to get the smell of smoke out . Another thing that pissed me off was that she was on to one of the girls about cleaning bigger houses than this one and yadda yadda like this house was beneath her. Well guess what lady, it is now, because you lost a potential long term client due to your self-entitlement and rude behavior on a client site.

I paid $300 for 3 girls for 3 hours. The house looks clean, but I think it would have smelled better if they used quality products vs. generic store brand ones like that horrid watered down Works toilet bowl cleaner and generic frozen lysol. The highest quality product they had was a small bottle of Dawn washing up liquid.

Team came in and did a farily good job cleaning. Part of the job was to sweep out and dust basement.. this was not done completely. Agreement was that they would come back after moving company.. the owner asked me if i would be back to check that day, I said no. Showed up today.. cleaning was not done as promised. No call to say that they couldn't come. So in my book.. they were not honest and didn't do what they said they would do.

I booked a move-in deep clean. They didn't clean several items in the home that I requested cleaned - inside of cabinets, interior of stove, lighting fixtures. They broke a lighting fixture and never contacted me about it regarding compensation. The amount they charged on my credit card was over $100 higher than I was quoted, and an invoice has not been provided (3 weeks later).
