Prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Installed new burner in 1 day and explained everything thoroughly.

Quality of customer service is wonderful understanding the need urgent requests very efficiently. Also, the technician David was very precise and explained maintenance service and corrected my air conditioning unit issues quickly.

I had 2 mini splits installed, crew was on time, professional, informative and did a great job. Foreman on site x 2 assess work performed. All questions were answered.

We were having a small problem with our air conditioning. I called late on a Monday afternoon and they sent someone right out the next morning. John fixed our air conditioning in a short amount of time and we are completely happy with their great customer service! Unfortunately that was 10.years ago.....now I have called several times....get the run around.....can no.longer recommend 5/24/24

Called Continental due to our a/c system leaking and causing large puddles in our basement. They came out quickly and fixed the issue. The tech was very professional, did multiple tests and explained how the tests work and what to look for. He cleaned up the area and have not had an issue since. Our a/c is cold and our basement is dry again. I would recommend Continental.

Great experience! Had them come into our salon to custom design and install a HRV system and plasma generator for pristine air quality. They came up with a great design, got my installation complete ahead of schedule and I haven't had a better experience with a contractor in a long time. Really delivered on their promise.
I also use them for my Quarterly maintenance on our heating HVAC system.

I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the work that Continental provided me . In a little over a day I had a full central air system and a split unit installed . The workers that came we're very conscientious and knowledgeable ​. I would definitely recommend them anybody that needs a new system.

The Continental install crew did another great job. We had a four unit Mini Split system installed, at our new Condo. The prior year at our home, Continental installed new Condenser units and duct work. Both jobs were seamless, finished on time, neat and clean...

Continental Engineering recently replaced my central air conditioning system at my office. The experience was truly easy and expedient. The service team was professional and the installation went smoothly. I highly recommend Continental Engineering for your HVAC needs!

I have been associated with Continental Heating and Cooling for twenty-five years.
Yesterday they replaced a second A/C unit that ran for twenty-five
years and the second unit was replaced after twenty years.
Both units were Lennox which offers good quality equipment.
Besides the equipment, the quality of the installation matters very much. Continental have top notch technicians who are neat, pleasant, and extremely competent.
What one also gets with Continental is the ability to deal directly with the principals as opposed to large firm switchboards,

Continental got a tech who specializes in my brand of split unit over to my house ASAP. Justin was professional, proficient, friendly and most of all effective! He thoroughly inspected the unit and then tested it with a couple of different gauges. He gave me a full explanation of what he found and what he needed to do to fix it and then got me squared away.

Richard reviewed our old equipment, suggested what could be updated. Technicians arrived on time, cheerfully worked all day, protecting the entire work area, and stayed long enough to make sure all was working. Highly, highly recommend!

Install: Dave was down-to-earth, excellent, prompt, and professional. It was clear he had 30+ years of experience and went above to take care of the issue and inspect/fix any other residual problems he noticed. He explained it all to me. He is a family man with integrity. He was not able to add additional refrigerant (part of the quote) to top it off, as it was too cold, so mentioned to call back in Spring when it warms up. I will update this review if the refrigerant cost in the original quote is honored, which I expect it will be.

Technician: Like the others, Justin is down-to-earth as well and performed services professionally.

Customer service: Can definitely use work on this front. I feel the lady is overwhelmed and perhaps their system is antiquated that she is working with. I can hear multiple phones ringing off the hook which is not easy to deal with. Though customer service probably means well, I would look to improve here.

Wow, after dealing with a lot of frustrating sales people at a lot of different companies, Richard answered my questions, gave me a quote fast, and was absolutely no bullshit, no up selling, no used care salesman energy. Then, when the guys got here, they were professional, courteous, quick and knowledgeable! Spectacular work!

We had a great experience with this company. Starting with Richard everything went smoothly. Three technicians were here to replace our existing system and worked smoothly and efficiently in what was a very hot day. I would recommend them to anyone!
