5/5 on all fronts. They had the fastest time to get to me, they had the best customer service, and they were in-and-out in under an hour. Preston was very professional and thorough! If I have any issues in the future, they’re my first call. No question.

The young man who came to work on my drain was polite, clean and informative. He assed the work; gave me a price and upon my agreement, began to clear the sink. He was efficient and cleared the blockage. He showed me his work, answered my questions and left. I was pleased with his work.

Showed up on time, provided an estimate once situation was assessed and completed the work. Preston was great! Super high energy and professional!

I can’t recommend Preston from zoom drain highly enough! We have been dealing with drainage issues for a while now and when it started happening again, they came to the rescue quickly and efficiently. I had an emergency plumbing/interior septic issue that arose late on a Sunday night. At 6:30 the following morning, I first found ZOOM DRAIN on “Thumbtack“ and left a message there. Within minutes, I received a message back, then a phone call. The gentleman on the other end was polite, professional, and super efficient.
He looked over his day and I expected him to he tell me he couldn’t get there till the next day. To my pleasant surprise, he could have one of his advanced technicians there in a matter of a few hours. I requested a phone call an hour in advance to meet them at the site, and they were right on time. They were also within two minutes of their estimated arrival time. Who does that, except a professionally run operation?. I highly recommend ZOOM DRAIN and will never call anybody else going forward. It was an A+ + experience!

Aaron was kind, efficient, and answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid… very personable but also very professional. He fixed the immediate problem I had while offering me solutions that will help in the future. Pricing seemed fair and there was no pushing towards the more expensive options. Aaron was a great representation of what I imagine is an honest company that cares about its customers… would definitely call them again for any issues!

Two nice gents showed up to replace a garbage disposal. The task was completed quickly, efficiently, and competively priced. Well done!

Zoom drain was quick in responding about kitchen drain back up on New Year’s Eve morning. Had service scheduled within 15 minutes and communicated via call and text that they would be there within 12-4 time window and the technician, James was there right at 12 and called 30 mins before arrival to confirm.
It turned out to be a more complicated problem than it initially appeared as there were two kitchens draining into a pipe with low pitch and lots of build up, but both him and tech worked effectively to diagnose, clean, replace and repair a very long stretch of winding pipe in old basement. They both had to move items around and were respectful of space.
Before leaving, he. was able to recommend some solutions and offer advice of where we might have future build up from kitchen drains and other potential plumbing issues to keep in mind.

Ruiz was timely, professional, and incredibly helpful. The owner was also incredibly responsive and got us in touch with the team very late at night which was vital to the job. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I had a lot of small projects that took a big portion of the day. My tech Derek showed up on time for both the referral and service call. He was knowledgeable and easy going. He and his helpers did a great job and worked clean.
The price was very affordable and when I had a question about some work that was done here, Derek came back an explained the why's and where's.
This was my first big project as a widow and this company really earned my trust, starting with Kelly who answered the phone with a welcoming greeting. I liked her right away and she really worked with me on the schedule. I honestly can recommend doing business with this company!

I had my kitchen faucet replaced recently and was very satisfied with the work performed by Aaron. He also fixed a clogged drain in my bathroom sink in less than 5 minutes! Aaron is very professional and the cost was reasonable.

My experience with the team member asron n. With zoom drains was great. Aaron and his trainee. I forgot his name. Very smart and professional straight forward with what he thought might be the issue I was having. And fast to get to the job and get job done. Had a problem with my job. Aaron had the knowledge and experience with patients to overcome the problem I had and get job done in a timely manner with no mess. Thats a bonus. No mess.
