Tim W. from Wind River was awesome. He provided excellent service and very nice. This company does a great job keeping you informed about driver’s location. I would absolutely trust Tim W. and Wind River to maintain my system.

John Gilles took the time to explain the pump out procedure, and ways to maintain the tank to prevent future problems. He serviced our home after his shift had technically ended as our original technician was having mechanical issues and couldn’t make it. His positive attitude and passion for his work was evident.

Tim Weber was great. Very prompt, especially for the early morning appointment on a hot and humid day. Knowledge and friendly, we'll definitely use this company again. Thanks Tim! You were great!

The technician Tim W. was very professional and took the extra effort necessary to pump out my tank that is in a difficult location to access. He was friendly and gave me advice on keeping my system healthy. Wind River scheduled me quickly and was very easy to work with.

Tim was excellent! I am a first time home owner and never delt with a septic tank before. Tim was very informative and recommended a needed bacteria additive. His advice and recommendations for future and ongoing maintenance were honest and sincere. He answered any and all my questions I had, regarding the tank and leach field and even explained what to look for with my filter. Thanks Tim, you were great!

Tim Weber was very professional. He explained every step of the process to me and did very clean work, lol. He was on time and his company offered the best deal. He was also very knowledgeable at his job and answered every question that I had which was quite a few. The only downside is that I can’t give him 6 stars.
