Newport Construction Services' recent major roof repair work on the Potter School Condominium building is just the latest in an extensive list of successful projects they have executed for our condo association over more than 15 years. From parge-coating basement structural pillars to creating custom bookcases to re-seating a 130-year old floor whose footings in brick walls had deteriorated, NCS tackles projects small and large with creativity, professionalism, and energy. And they stand behind their work!

We had a truly positive experience with NCS when they dealt with a structural issue in our main living area's crawl space. A main beam needed to be replaced and the joists reinforced. Working in a less than comfortable location they completed the project on time, within budget, efficiently, and with a positive attitude throughout. From start to finish we knew we were in good hands with NCS.

Newport Construction Services just completed restoring wooden gutters, and repairing some flat roofs around my house. They did a careful job of estimating the requirements of the work, and then delivering the work in a neat, clean, and professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any job.

Brenton's Cove Condos have been using Newport Construction Services for the past 20+ years and have nothing but good things to say about them. If you are looking for an exceptional contractor, look no further. NCS is amazing. We worked together on an extensive, 9+ month long, renovation of my 100+ year old home. I loved Bill's enthusiasm for and knowledge of antique houses, thoughtful ideas and follow through during the planning phases and up through the end of the project. Kris, the on-site project manager, was really beyond compare. With an old house there's always surprises and he handled them beautifully, always finding a great solution. The on-site team cleaned up daily and were respectful of my family's needs as we shared the space. And they showed up when they said they would!

The entire NCS team is professional, highly skilled, and a pleasure to work with. I always felt like my best interests were their priority.
