GKT was able to send out a tech to repair our walk in freezer within an hour of making the call late on a Friday afternoon. They are very proffesional and did a fantatic job saving us hundreds of dollars in ingredients that would have needed to be discarded had they not been able to repaire the unit in such notice. We have contracted with this vendor for all future needs and PM for our current equipment. 10/10 highly recomended.

Worked with GKT to repair our pebble ice machine. They diagnosed it quickly and went above and beyond to help me get my warranty extended. They worked directly with the manufacturer to sort everything out. When the part arrived, the technician Javier efficiently repaired it, all while being professional and courteous, despite it being a challenging repair. It was great experience overall and we will definitely be working with GKT in the future!

Great Communication and Follow-Through

From the start, communication was clear and easy. Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. They kept me updated the entire way and followed through on everything they said. You can tell they actually care about their clients and take pride in doing things the right way.

The staff at GKT are beyond amazing. They act with such professionalism from their secretaries being kind to the techs showing up in a timely manner, keeping their workspaces clean to the knowledge they gave us on what was to be conducted. Hvac company

Tech know was good

$210 for 15 min of work. They also wanted $758 to change a small compressor on a single door reach in with all the parts being supplied through the manufacturer. Arctic Air told me they have never heard of a charge of that amount to change a compressor, they they must be quoting you the part! I said no just labor! Stay clear of this company

I own a food truck with a refrigerator on it...they won't service it because is on a food truck, mind you, they didn't even ask how accessible the motor was. We bought a fridge with the motor on top, and easily accessible for this reason. Oh, and I didn't even get a reason or a referral, just we don't service food trucks. Great customer service guys!

This Company is by far the most expensive to deal with you have a truck charge $10, service call $110 $ labor $110. Professionally coming out the service charge is part of you coming out. The petty billing is a turn off. The the tech signs the invoice and bills your credit card. The customer finds out later. Highly recommend Mercury Tec in East Providence. Highly efficient, fair and the give you an invoice before billing you.

I was just informed that because I haven't had GKT service any of my commercial equipment in the past six months they will not service my equipment any more. No reason other than the amount of time since my last service call. That's very disappointing. I was very happy with them in the past.
