Highly impressed. First off, they are the only electrical supply house in this area open on Saturday (half day) that I'm aware of. That alone is huge.

I needed a bunch of materials for a project. Although I'm a tradesman, I'm not an electrician, so I don't know the exact terminology of electrical materials. Still, the counterman who waited on me was helpful and patient. He had my list completed in short order. Way better experience than walking back and forth in a big box store, trying to locate items, with little or no help.

I like that they will cut wire to length, so you don't have to buy a roll that is more than you need. Prices seem reasonable too.

Could be a bit faster at parts counter

Very nice people very helpful, knowledgeable and Not Condesending, very different from my personal experience at J & K electric.

I've order materials for a service upgrade here 3 separate times. 3 separate times Chris helped me and 3 separate times AT LEAST a half a dozen items were missing. Thank you crown for costing me thousands.

Called for light fixtures that they said were a special order and needed a deposit but can't take a credit card over the phone. I asked for a manager and he said "if I don't like the rules the he doesn't want my business". Good luck staying in business with that attitude.

Their van drivers drive on the shoulders of the highway to cut through traffic.
