Colonial has always done a fantastic job on my pale yellow carpeting, even removing completely a dropped cup of coffee! I always get Scotchguard and it is well worth it. Carpeting dries very quickly which is great

We had Phil Lambert in to clean our sofa, loveseat, chair and area rug--what an amazing job he did! There was a stain on the chair we were sure would never come out, but Phil worked his magic and POOF! It is completely gone! Also, with four cats in the home who think of the furniture as their personal cat beds, we were so happy that the items looked brand new and smelled so fresh! Colonial will always be my personal go-to cleaning company!

A 2-man team, Phil and Alex, arrived on time on a rainy day and created an immediate positive impression by wiping their feet on a fluffy kind of pillow they brought inside. They measured the 3 rooms with a laser device (they exclude unmovable objects) and calculated a price so you know in advance if your rooms exceed the special pricing limits. They got right to work using a carbonated water formulation that leaves no chemical smell or residue and protected the furniture (which they moved) from staining carpet by placing small, temporary plastic shields. Completed in about 1 1/2 hours.

Wow! I had scheduled a deep clean of my kitchen tile floor. Incredible job!!!! It looks brand new! Our technician was awesome, professional and a true professional. I will be hiring these guys for carpet and wood floor work. I will never hire anyone else! Great experience!!!

I just LOVE Colonial Chem-Dry! The first time I called their number, I heard a very calm, well paced and deep professional voice telling me that I reached Colonial Chem-Dry. I thought, “well, it must be a recorded voice machine.” As I was just going to hang up, the voice paused and asked, “hello?” That caught my by a totally pleasant surprise. I replied, “ oh, you are a real person! I love your voice !” Then the lady on the other end laughed :) I laughed as well. Later on, I found out her name, Becky ( hope I spelled it right).

Becky was very patient answering all my questions. On the scheduled date and time, their technician Leo appeared at my home fully equipped and ready to work. He first asked me my expectations. Then he carefull examined the sofa and couch and communicated with me about all the details.

After an hour, he came up to me, his pants are all wet to the knees, sweating, and he laughed and said , “all done !”

I looked at the sofa and couches and they are all in good clean conditions!

And most importantly, as a first time customer, I got a good price as well.

What a wonderful experience with Colonial Chem-Dry! ( this level of communication, customer service, and affordable pricing is very rare nowadays ).

I will definitely use their services again !

Oh, did I forget to mention that their address is located on the Angell St! So I guess angels have something to do with this fantastic place ! Ha 👼🏻

Cleaned a heavily trafficked Berber carpet that is approximately 12 years old. Had other cleaners in the past, with relatively poor results.
The technician explained the process and was diligent at removing the stains.
Another plus is that it's a "green" solution and safe for pets.
I highly recommend Colonial Chem-Dry.

Joe came on time, called me before arriving to let me know he was on the way. He came in, went through the rooms I wanted cleaned, gave me the best price possible and used my coupons effectively. He then proceeded to clean the carpets efficiently and in good time. One room was in rough shape and looks so much better. I would definitely use Colonial Chem-Dry again

I recently had two 25 year old bedroom carpets cleaned and a 10-15 year old Berber living room carpet cleaned with pet stains from a puppy and my rugs look awesome!!!! So happy and tech even added deodorizer for pet odor! Very professional,reasonable prices and great work! Wouldn't ever use anyone else!!

I can't say enough great things about this company. Betty was great and so patient with the changes we made to the appointment. They were friendly, easy to work with and punctual. The communication was excellent!
Sam and his partner did an outstanding job explaining the process and with the cleaning. A 5 star experience and reasonably priced as well. I will be calling them again.
