The Gas Doctor was wonderful to fit me into their schedule on short notice on a Friday afternoon when my heat stopped working. The technician Steve arrived promptly and diagnosed my problem in very short order. And then he very patiently answered ALL of my questions so I could understand exactly what was wrong, what the induction motor does, and why replacing that motor would fix my system. A very educational experience for me and I’m grateful to Steve for taking the time to answer my questions with such patience and graciousness. He replaced the motor efficiently and got the house back to a comfortable temperature quickly.

Tom is a good at his work and is a good all around dude . A credit to his company .

Julian was able to schedule an appointment on extremely short notice and was had the parts available that needed replacing. He was patient in listening and explaining what the issues were, and made sure to get my heating working again, while recommending necessary future maintenance. Would recommend and call again.

Jose performed an outstanding job of diagnosing my problem and reassuring me the company will find me a new motor and install and repair my unit as quickly as they can. After the last technician left me hanging for 3 months. Jose and Santoro Oil look like they're going to get the job done professionally and correctly in a timely manner.

Jarod found problem source. Split ducting in attic (you have picture). This wood allow heat to escape in attic and not flow to distribution ducts in my apartment. Need quote to fix. Thank you. Bob Gielda

Today I had to call the Gas Doctor to come out to check my gas boiler. The technician, Steven, was great. He was most professional and left the work area so nice and tidy. Steven pointed out an area that may fail in the future. Just so I would be aware. I truly appreciated that notice so I can plan accordingly. Again, thank you Steve.

Called these guys for an issue at 8:30 PM two days before the New Year. Spoke to their answering service and their serviceman returned my call within 15 mins. Was at my house 10 minutes later and the issue was fixed immediately. Saved us from a bitter cold night. They've got a new customer. For that alone that get a 10 outta 5.

A little bit mote than I was expecting cost wise but honestly today what isn't and after all it was technically after hours ... so let me begin by saying I hope you pay Tommy well very personable ,great personality well prepared and willing to let me watch and ask questions which is something I always do , thats the kinda guy you keep doing business with guys like that get repeat business ... also thank you to the business for getting back to me so quickly by email and with a follow up call ....glad to have a new gas valve and working heat for the cold night ahead ... I had a wonderful experience with getting my heating fixed. Very professional and quick solution. Very grateful for this company and happy with the service provided.

Julian and Steven were excellent. Performed a thorough maintenance of our gas furnace, replaced several broken parts and flushed the entire system. Left the room spotless. I highly recommend them for your gas furnace maintenance needs.

My system was working, and this a service call for general inspection, i mentioned that occasionally it wouldn't ignite the gas for heating, the repair guy quickly found the issue and replace the part before it failed completely. It's hard to put a price on my piece of mind and how much worse it could be with an emergency call out.

The Gas Doctor has always come through! Regular maintenance when needed and an emergency repair last night in 14 degree weather. Thanks for keeping us warm.
