My name is Jesse Leite, I live in North Providence & John has come to my apartment on 3 different occasions & each time he has been extremely efficient & has always done quality work, pleasant to talk to & any time I explained issues with him it was easy as pie, he’s always been on time & even arrives a little earlier than he says sometimes, but always calls shortly before he’s arriving to make sure i was available, he’s the most professional HVAC technician I have ever had help me out in situations & I’ve had a few. I would recommend his company to family, friends, strangers & even my boss because my boss would hold me responsible if there were any issues, which I guarantee there wouldn’t be any. If you need a professional & quality technician call John at RI Mechanical Inc. I could go on forever, but I won’t. Thank you for all of your excellent work John.
