Jeffrey was very polite and professional. Was a pleasure to meet him. Never had a problem with any of the employees at Santoro oil.

Ryan come to check the oil smell inside my house. He smelled and in a few minutes told me he problem. Left to get the part he needed and by the time he left the furnace is running better than never and smell free. I recommend him for being very knowledgeable, polite and friendly.

We hired Santoro to replace our aging oil boiler and tank with a propane system and to locate new tanks away from some incorrectly-installed solar components (in a home we just purchased). They provided multiple competitive options and discussed the tank layout respectively and keeping our landscape considerations in mind. Every step of the process was friendly and professional. After the new system install, we had a minor issue with a clogged faucet stemming from releasing gunk from our water lines, but they were incredibly eager to help and we solved our problem together. Compared to the first vendor we initially hired, Santoro Oil has been amazing and we hope to use them for all of our future needs. We highly recommend them to whoever needs fuel services in our area.

On 02-15-26 my family and I came home to black smoke coming from our boiler on a Sunday afternoon around 5pm. Soon after that the boiler conked out. We placed an emergency call to Santoro around 7pm and their technician named Joaquin called us shortly thereafter and said he was already on an emergency call for someone else and would come as soon as possible. Joaquin arrived around 9pm, which must've been a very long day for this poor guy. He did not have the right part in his truck for our older boiler, but he made another part work until his teammates could come the next day with the correct part to complete the job. He stayed until almost 1am, refusing to give up, until he was sure that my family and I would have heat for the night. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty in my eyes. I would like to give a big shout out of appreciation for Joaquin for his high indomitable spirit and perseverance. The next day Jim (the Jedi master) and Carlos (his young apprentice) came early and took care of completing the work most satisfactorily. I could tell Jim was a seasoned professional with years of experience, guiding and mentoring his apprentice with encouragement and patience (I work from home in close proximity to my boiler so I could overhear his instruction) I was most impressed with Jim's ability to teach kindly while getting the job done efficiently. When Jim was outside at the truck, I told Carlos he was lucky to have a guy like Jim teaching him as not everyone is cut out to be a teacher, let alone a good teacher, and Carlos quickly agreed and told me that he was most appreciative of the training he was getting from Jim. Jim also complimented Carlos, saying he was a big help and an eager learner - these guys made a great team together. So, a big shout out for Jim and Carlos too - great teamwork! Lastly, a big shout out to Santoro Oil itself. After placing an emergency call, having a tech come out on a Sunday evening until 1am, and then 2 more techs coming out the next day, I thought my bill was going to be through the roof. But it was very fair in my estimation. In a world where everybody wants to rip you off and rake you through the coals when something like this happens, Santoro did not. I believe they are a cut way above the rest, and I have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for expertise, fairness, and quick response. Thank you, Santoro Oil Team! Very pleasant, thank you. Please have someone call when a technician is delayed my appointment was for 8-12 he arrived after 5p. I waited all day afraid to leave the house. I understand emergency and I would have rescheduled.

Joaquim the technician was professional and worked hard the whole time he was here. We have been experiencing problems with our heat. When he left it seemed to be working, however it seems not to be working properly now. We will need to have a technician return as soon as possible. Santoro’s service has been great.

My oil furnace was recycling and shutting down Ryan was our technician. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issues were and fixed it quickly. Great service

I’ve been happy with my service from Santoro Oil for many years. They are easy to reach in routine and emergency situations, and provide great service for my oil delivery and service needs. Jim, the technician who did my burner maintenance this time, was experienced, meticulous, and had good attention to detail. It’s important to me to know as much about my house as possible, and he was tolerant of my observation and very willing to teach me and answer my questions. He is kind and knowledgeable. I’ve had good experiences with all of their employees and the company overall.

Technician Adnilson did an Excellent job on a Preventive Maintenance on my boiler. He was friendly and professional. He never spilled fuel on the floor and make sure everything was clean and secure. Santoro oil is a great company, I'm very happy.

We switched to Santoro Oil after moving here and trying a different vendor and I just have to say the difference in service and professionalism has been astounding since day one. They replaced our aging oil furnace with a propane one and the kit looks like a work of art in our basement. Having moved here from warmer climes and living in an ancient house, they have been insanely patient with us with every question and concern. I am so happy we switched to Santoro!

I'm a new customer with Santoro as of November '25. I recently had my burner serviced and tank inspected and the tank filled. A few weeks later, no hot water. Santoro sent one of their service technicians, Rob, over to figure things out the same day. When I say this gentleman was nice, that's an understatement. When I say he did an incredible job figuring out what turned into a little bit of a complicated fix, that's also an understatement. Rob took the time to explain everything that was going on, what he tried to fix it, why two parts were needed to get it running as designed again, and found a temporary solution to get hot water back up and running while waiting a few days for a part to come in. He did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Santoro based on my service appointment with Rob alone, but the truth is, everyone I've spoke with at Santoro since becoming a customer has been fantastic. Highly, HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for an oil company!

Good experience. Technician came a little later then original estimate, but that’s not unreasonable considering this is a busy time of year and it was a later in day appointment. Office was very responsive in setting up the appointment and giving updates on the time technician would arrive. Technician was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. As a new customer to Santoro, so far very happy with their service.

Great experiences so far with an oil tank inspection, tank removal, installation of a new tank, and oil delivery.

Every person I've talked to at the company from scheduling to the techs have been very helpful, friendly, and professional.

The installation techs also updated the tank so that any future tank installs will be easier.

JARRET was very informative about my furnace and what he did to fix the current problem. He was also very knowledgeable about my water heater, and my radiators ( a future work order). JARRET was also very polite and friendly. A very SATISFYING experience!! Thank You

Junior was on time. He listened to my description of the issue. He explained the possibilities and then provided the results of his tests. Luckily it was just debris on the nozzle. He cleaned it and did an efficiency test and we are good to go. Thank you Junior and Santoro for the quick No Heat service visit.

We've had our ups and downs with Santoro, but the drivers who make the deliveries deserve all 5 stars for taking the time to close and relatch the yard gate when they leave. As a dog owner, this attention to detail is a pretty big deal to us. Driver 44, we don't know your name, but have a feeling you're a dog person. Thank you.

I have been a Santoro customer for well over 20 years. I’ve stuck with them for their reliability, great customer service and good service maintenance. Yesterday I received an oil delivery, and my dog barked at the man outside his window, pumping the oil. (He was being a good watch dog.) When I retrieved the bill later hanging on my front door, I found two dog biscuits in there for the pup. Thanks for being neighborly!

Very pleased with Santoro oil. My situation required a few visits but each technician was professional and kind.

Nick was exceptional. He was able to trouble shoot my system issues and then identify necessary repairs. In the course of two visits he fixed all my system problems. Amazing service!
