They did a great job hooking up a mini-split heat pump for my Mom so she could survive the summer. They have reliably installed and maintained oil, gas, and electric systems for us.

started using them this yr at our camp, which is large with many variables. We have gone thru many over the years. They have come 4 times for various reasons. They were prompt, very knowledgeable, Came out on holiday resolved a preexisting problem and didn't charge for house call, just the part that needed to be replaced. very fair.

Our initial contact with Valley H and C was for service to the heating system in our dental office when the original installer stopped doing maintenance work. Valley was recommended by a heating equipment sales rep. They responded quickly and their service tech was excellent.

When the coronavirus pandemic hit, we chose to replace our air conditioning system in order to best protect our patients and staff from circulating viruses and other pathogens. We chose the Nu-Calgon iWave cold plasma ionization system to be added to the new A/C system to control pathogens and dust in the office. I had 3 other HVAC contractors evaluate our system and only two offered a solution. The Valley H and C proposal was most comprehensive and affordable.

The system has been on line for three weeks now and everything seems to be working perfectly. Tom, Kyle and Ryan came back to explain the maintenance of the system and to answer my questions. Well done to all.

I really like their service. I think the are every nice. My boiler was leaking very bad. Of course, it was in the winter time. I called around, alot of others said it would take some time to get out there. When I called Valley Heating, they came out, gave me the price and in two days I had heat. I love this company. If they was like the others, my house would of froze and it would of cost my alot more money. I highly recommended them. I personally want to Thank you them. If any thing happens again they will be the first call.

We were in search of a heat pump system to replace our oil burner and aging A/C units. We received quotes from a few air to air heat pump installers, but everything required oil backup (or electric resistance backup). Tom Rekowski came to give us a proposal and suggested we go with a geothermal system. It made sense.
This is a big project, and did take a while from conception to completion. Drillers are hard to find, and eventually some came down from NH(!). Once the ground loop was ready, the project moved inside. There were parts delays, of course, something out of the hands of Valley Heating and Cooling. They kept us informed about every step.
The installation of the interior piping was literally artistic. The work was incredibly precise and professional. The cutover occurred during the winter, and there was no noticeable interruption in the heat supply. Now the system is up and working almost flawlessly. We needed a couple adjustments here and there, but they were minor.
So two things: I suggest you invest in a system like this, because it is quiet, efficient, and environmentally friendly. And I suggest you call Valley Heating & Cooling for the work.
I almost neglected to mention: everybody on the various crews who assisted with the project was friendly and professional. we enjoyed working with them, and also with Tom. There was never even the tiniest mess left behind.
I cannot recommend this company more highly!
