It is 4 days before Christmas and I ran out of oil. After being turned down by 3 oil companies, I called Acorn and they answered immediately and were able to get oil delivered within a few hours! The technician that came, Max, was very kind and professional. He made the delivery quickly and ensured that everything was working properly before leaving. I am very pleased with Acorn and definitely will be using them again in the future. Thank you for saving our Christmas!

Excellent service with friendly workers. I can see why this family has been helpful to their customers for 20+ years. They came highly recommended from a friend that has been with them for 20 years. And I’m thankful for her recommendation. Very happy on how the work got done even though it was a big job to do. I was scheduled for maintenance very quickly and didn’t go without hot water for more than two hours.

Very professional , knowledgeable, punctual, competitive pricing when I received a couple other quotes that I had to compare. I’m happy to say we got exactly what we paid for. Acorn sent two quotes for different options. One was a less expensive one and the other an high end quote that would reduce my carbon imprint for years and years. Also told us about financing options. We couldn’t be happier. The workers were very friendly and respectful. I definitely recommend them as your first and only call. For heating and cooling we also needed some plumbing. They added that right into our quote after we asked . I was very surprised when he said they can do a heat exchanger for my neighbor. Great experience all around I highly highly recommend Acorn. First time I heard geothermal as an option. Maybe at my next house in the near future.

I’ve been using Acorn Oil for the past 10+ years and they are absolutely the best! There prices are the lowest I’ve found year after year and Karen and her husband are wonderful people. I’ve used them a number of times for services calls including late night and Sundays. They have been very accommodating to me with payment during difficult financial times and have also walked us through repairs over the phone just so we could save some $ and not have to pay for them to come out. They are very honest and kind people. I could go on and on about Acorn. I’ve recommended them to other’s every chance I can. They are a business well deserving of a good word

I’m so glad I went with Acorn Oil. Let’s just start with I was previously dealing with an extremely rude company that treated me like I was beneath them and my money was no good.
From the very first call to Acorn I was greeted with kindness and respect. They were able to get me oil as soon as the next day which was awesome! Their driver came out, inspected my unit and educated me on a few things about my boiler.

I'm a first time use of Acorn Oil, my tank was running low and the oil company I usually use couldn't make it out for 2 weeks. I ordered a delivery from Acorn online, which was easy to do, and they were there the next day with great prices. When the delivery drivers came out they were very nice and friendly and very helpful. We will use Acorn Again! Highly Recommend
