Isreal came out to help us with a drainage issue and he was excellent. This was the third company we called out to have these issues. Not only was he able to identify problems the others couldn’t, he was efficient and fixed our problem, diagnosed accurately how to rectify future issues honestly & explained everything very well and professionally. I’m an experienced realtor of 1/2 billion sales and have worked with many different companies and trades out of state and this is the kind of guy I would entrust w all my clients and my own homes without any hesitation. 5 stars for the company, 5 stars for Isreal.

Very professional, courteous & responsive. My neighbor recommended Tim G. when my boiler/furnace stopped working. Tim responded quickly, explained he would come assess and, if he was unable to fix it, wouldn’t charge me. He assessed the problem then connected me with a tech from a different company to complete the repair. He was easy to talk to and very informative about plumbing issues. The next day, another employee followed up to confirm that the furnace was up & running and that I had heat. I would definitely use them for future plumbing needs. Thanks again, Tim!

I had a break in the main, Dan from Stonelink Plumbing came out a few hours later and within 24hrs the job was completed and I was very happy especially as I watched the pipe snap off easily as it was being removed, needless to say I didn’t have much time before it became a basement under water. Thanks a lot !

5 star rating for my recent service call. I had an issue with my on demand hot water heater. Victor came out the following day from my initial call, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the replacement parts needed. Follow up appointment to repair was also prompt. Price was reasonable and their communication level is incredible. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, and I'm happy Stonelink exceeded those expectations.

Israel came in during a huge issue we had with our pipes and overflow in the tub and within 10 minutes of me rambling he had a plan for success! grateful we called stonelink when we did because our problems were all fixed in a very timely manner and Israel kept me informed during the entire process! I feel lucky we ended up going with the right company with an honest hardworking person to get the job done right the first time! Will definitely recommend stonelink to everyone in my area, 10/10 my wife and family are very happy customers because of their recent work on our home!

In all transparency, I previously wrote a pretty scathing review about my frustration around not receiving a quote.Tim soon after reached out, apologized, and explained what had happened, as it was a simple human error. I ended up moving forward with Stonelink, and am very happy with both their service and quality of work! Some of the work they did for me entailed, rerouting piping in my basement, adding new washer and dryer hookups, replacing my furnace & hot water heater, as well as replacing my kitchen sink faucet. They even helped assemble my bathroom vanity for me, and helped hook up some of my kitchen appliances. Overall, they went above and beyond and I am very happy with their workmanship. I also appreciate how responsive Tim is in scheduling me for any other problems that arise in my house. As a new homeowner who needed a lot of plumbing and heating work done, I would definitely recommend Stonelink for their quality, and reasonable prices.

Victor was excellent. He fixed what was a truly bad leak, removing old pipes going from the second floor to the basement. And then replacing then with new ones.
He even finished the job ahead of schedule.
All of that, with discretion and politeness.

I had a leaky radiator and Dan did the estimate and also the service. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had. Despite uncovering several additional problems while performing the service, he was able to resolve the main issue, while remaining very close to the estimate.

There was a minor scheduling issue where I had to call on my service date to confirm that it was still going to happen that day. It seemed the appointment I was given didn't make it on the official schedule. However after my call, they were able to send someone out.

Minor scheduling issue aside, I am very happy with Stonelink's service.

I called with a sudden leaky toilet. Stonelink Plumbing made room for me in their schedule for same day service. Castro arrived right on time, quickly found and fixed the problem and left my bathroom very neat. Thank you so much!!!

Had a leaking water heater that needed to be replaced ASAP. Called around for some quotes and Tim over at Stonelink gave me the best offer. Better yet, he was able to send his team out same day. Kudos to Castro and Jonathan for showing up on time and providing high quality labor. They were in and out in less than two hours and left the sight spotless. Can’t say enough good things about Stonelink. Respectful professionals with a side of humor. Will definitely be going back with any future plumbing needs.

The Stonelink technician, Israel, arrived on time - actually early - and was efficient and quick to solve our drain emergency, without rushing. Stonelink was professional and courteous. They were able to install my water heater the morning after I called. The plumber Castro was quick and the job looked great when he was done.

I requested a free estimate after noticing a leak in my ceiling. Stonelink Plumbing & Heating sent Castro Yaidoo to check on the issue. Castro was very helpful in explaining the root cause, was very knowledgable about the issue at hand and what needed to be done. After the visit, I was relieved to know what caused the leak and that they could fix it. Give Castro a raise because he deserves it! A+!

I scheduled a gas water heater inspection on a 10-year-old tank. Dan arrived on time and immediately sized up the situation. The tank is in good shape. It hasn’t been flushed for many years so I’m better off just letting it be. No signs of any problems so it should last for several more years. No real inspection needed so no charge. Really, no charge. Professional. Educational. Honest. Great service.

Stonelink was wonderful! On-time, professional, and reasonably priced service. And when my tech had to get a part, he did it and returned right away (didn't have to reschedule for another time). Friendly and a great experience. I'll call them in the future for sure.
