Very nice, honest and professional very happy with the inspection he provided very thorough. I would recommend.

Rocco Elgar, the owner of this business, did my inspection. I will say, with 100% confidence, I would recommend him to every home buyer/seller. He knows what he's doing and he looks for things that most forget exist. Very thorough in his inspection and he answers any questions with a response that is useful. He's reasonably priced, he knows his stuff, and he will make sure you are aware of any issues the home may have. He is worth every dollar he charges--if not more. I highly recommend making an appointment with him. He's punctual, professional, and polite. He genuinely loves what he does and it shows.

Rocco Elgar was recommended to us for our new home inspection and we could not have been happier. He was quick, efficient and on time.
