This is an amazing organization with incredibly kind and compassionate staff. Any scheduling issue is given advance notice. Calls are returned promptly. Little details are remembered. Yes, this is a business, but they treat you the way that they would want to be treated.

Ashley B. has been keeping our home clean and tidy for a few years now. I can always count on her to be here and leaving my home looking and smelling amazing which give me more time to do the things I enjoy on the weekends. I completely trust her to get the job done!

My family has been using MaidPro/Smithfield for a few months now. It has been a very positive experience. Our cleaner, Ashley, is meticulous and helpful, offering up organizational ideas, as well as doing her best work every visit. She adds personal touches that my little ones look forward to - arranging their animals and toys in fun ways. I never thought I would be comfortable having someone else clean my home as I'm pretty fussy, but it has been wonderful - all areas addressed. It has freed up so much time for my family, which is worth the price when our free time seems to be so limited these days. I would recommend the company - owner and staff are very attentive.

Had my 1st cleaning today, I must say felt Great to come home and see my home well dusted, vaccumed, bathroom and bathtub nicely cleaned. And everything well organized and sparkling ✨️ cleaned. 🙂

As a small business owner, office cleaner was one of the hats I used to wear. That is until I was introduced to MaidPro of Smithfield. The owner Jenny worked with me to set up a cost and frequency of office cleanings that was well within my budget. I get the same consistent service from the same cleaning crew every time, led by Amy Brown. Amy is wonderful.... my office is cleaned beyond expectations with attention to even the smallest of details. Thank you to Amy and MaidPro for taking care of my office cleaning needs!!

MaidPro is amazing! Detail oriented, friendly and considerate of my dog (who is just like a family member). We have not had a bad e experience. I highly recommend them! Affordable too!

My Pro, Keyla, is amazing. Always a thorough cleaning and often leaves little extras that brighten my day when arriving home from a long day at the office. I would be lost without her support helping keep my house clean an orderly.

We have had Jennifer C. Cleaning our summer home in between weekly rentals. She has been amazing. We know our house will be in perfect condition everytime she leaves. Highly recommnded, we couldn't be happier with the service!

Mirandolinda and Stefany always do such a wonderful job- and that is no easy job with the way my 3 kids and dog dirty up our house! They are friendly and thorough and is so nice to come home to a clean house with the delightful smell of fresh. Thank you!

I had savannah and Claudia and they were AMAZING! I have 3 toddlers so you can imagine how tough it is to keep the house clean and clutter free..but they really went above and beyond. Erin does an excellent job at our house! Today she even went above and beyond and cleaned up after our doggie had a little accident on the rug! Her attention to detail is top notch and we hope we will get her for each and every cleaning! Btw, if there’s ever an issue, this company is right on top of it to make it right! Mrs. Jennifer is more like a family member then anything else. No matter how we leave when we return home it’s like we just prepared for an inspection. Her attention to detail and the pride she takes in her job is unmatched. It’s almost like there are multiple versions of her as she certainly shouldn’t be able to accomplish what she does in that short period of time. Our entire family loves her and what she does for us. She truly cares about our happiness and even comforts us when life issues arise. She leaves thoughtful heartfelt notes that show us how much we mean to her on every visit.

Teness always does a great job! The house is always sparkling when she's done but honestly, my favorite part is how she fluffs up the couch--it's like we have a new couch!

Carrie always does an amazing job cleaning our home. She is upbeat and friendly, and is great with our 2 dogs. She doesn't miss details and our home looks fantastic after she's done. I couldn't be happier with Carrie's service and our experience with MaidPro.
