Amazing company to work with! They helped me to find the best possible heating and cooling solution for my home at a price that cannot be beat.

The company is small but mighty, striking the best balance of that personal, small business vibe with the benefit of installation and device experts that usually only exist at larger companies. I'm really happy with the Samsung products they installed -- very modern, efficient, quiet, and sleek.

The best part is, my house is so toasty warm now 💕 thank you Prime!!!

It appears that the Prime Team did a very good job in installing the air conditioning unit. Clean working area and very courteous. Don't know how well it works until cooling season starts but assume it will be perfect.

I hadn't had my HVAC system serviced in some time, and it was not blowing cold air. I made an appointment with the help of Rachel, who was fantastic as we needed to reschedule twice due to inclement weather. She informed me ahead of time about possible hiccups as some older systems might need a coolant that is no longer made. I appreciated the heads up and was thankful that wasn't the case. Their technician, Victor came first thing on day of service to run a diagnostic check/tune up. He showed me an old filter that had probably been in the unit for several years, as it was in an area of the house I typically can't get to. He showed me the typical ins and outs and dos and don'ts of the system itself. Fortunately it was an easy fix. He let me ask all the questions I had and took time to answer them so that I could understand. He was extremely personable on top of professional, which made the experience even better.

Prime Heating and cooling was amazing to work with! They were professional, respectful and incredibly knowledgeable. Everything was completed quickly, and they left our basement cleaner than when they arrived. Cannot recommend them enough!

1/19/2025 Excellent customer service once again! I called Prime Heating this morning about a possible problem with our oil tank. The technician who came to check the tank was polite, professional, and very thorough. Fortunately, no problems were found and we have an explanation for the issue for which we called Prime.

Michael was polite, thorough, and very professional. After completing the cleaning, he gave us detailed information about the furnace which was very helpful. Excellent customer service!

8/27/2024 Last Friday, we found a small amount of oil on our basement floor. The smell of oil was obvious and we assumed that there was a leak. The tank was 60 years old and it was clearly time for a replacement. We called Prime Heating & Cooling, explained the situation and within an hour a technician arrived. James found a leak on the bottom of the tank and was able to put a temporary patch in place. He was very polite, professional, and provided us with information about the process to have the tank replaced. I called the office and we were able to schedule the replacement for today.

The technicians who were here today to remove the old tank and install the new tank did an absolutely outstanding job! Victor, Kevin, Luigi, and Dan completed the removal of the old tank and the installation of the new tank in 2 1/2 hours. They were all polite, professional, very hard working, and absolutely terrific! They also did an excellent job of cleaning up the work area. We are very pleased and very impressed with the work that was done today! Of note; I am extremely sensitive to oil and gas smells. I was a bit concerned about how bad the smell might be while the work was being done but remarkably there was only a faint oil smell and it dissipated within a few hours.

The service was very good and the company did there best to resolve all issues that came up with our installation. If I needed additional HVAC equipment, I would call Prime again, since they clearly want to do a good job! They also gave us an excellent price on our HVAC system and helped us with submitting rebates.

This RI-based company bent their usual RI service area to help us in eastern CT. Their communications were impeccable. The technician was proficient, knowledgeable and professional. There were several issues with the older furnace in the basement of our home. He recognized all of the issues and repaired each one. The old furnace is running like new. I can't thank Prime Hearing&Cooling enough. 5 stars!

I recently had my furnace serviced by Prime Heating and Cooling, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Larry and his team were friendly, punctual, and incredibly professional.

They arrived right on time and took the time to listen to my concerns before getting to work. Their thorough inspection and cleaning of my furnace made a noticeable difference in its performance.

What impressed me most was Larry's willingness to educate me about my furnace and provide maintenance tips. I felt informed and confident moving forward.

We have been having issues with our furnace shutting off and were referred to Prime Heating and Cooling. We received excellent service from start to finish. The person on the phone was polite and helpful in scheduling an appointment within a day. The technician, Justin, was punctual and communicated via text. He was very thorough and focused on making sure the issue was resolved. He also pointed out some things I can do so that the furnace/humidifier will run more efficiently. I wish other technicians in the past would have been as helpful.
Therefore we were very happy and satisfied with the timing, communication, knowledge, and professional manner our issue was addressed. Thank You!

So far I have no complaints using prime heating. They did have to reschedule from November to January for routine maintenance because of people having heating issues, but that is nice to know that takes priority. Everyone I've interacted with has been super nice, our tech Michael was very pleasant and helpful today and Elijah was super great when he came out last year. The girls who do the scheduling are very helpful and nice as well.

Tech was fantastic super professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions as well as investigate all options.

Very positive experience with Prime Heating & Cooling on our A/C install. Everyone we've dealt with has been pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Communication is top-notch as well. They show up when they say they will and get the job done. Couldn't be happier with our cool new A/C. 😄
