John from Arnold's Appliance deserves all 5-stars. He very quickly diagnosed the problem with my old dryer and fixed it right away. The price was beyond reasonable (he should probably charge more!), and he was very polite and kind to my dogs who immediately loved him. Always a sign of good character!

I realized my fridge was leaking this morning. I called two places and they all said it would be late in the day before they got here. I called Arnold's Appliance Repair Service and John told me he could come as soon as he was done with his current job. He came within a half hour! I was so grateful since I was mopping up water as it leaked while I waited for someone to come fix the fridge (I didn't know how to turn off the water). He was so nice and addressed the leak and also noticed that my compressor was really clogged and was at serious risk of overheating my fridge and causing expensive damage. He got his Electrolux vacuum and cleaned it out, showing me pictures of the before and after, which was a night and day difference! He told me how to stay on top of it. John was SO nice, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain things to me. His rates were very reasonable and he did not overcharge at all. Now I have an appliance repair person who I trust, which is great. I highly recommend Arnold's Appliance Repair Service!

John is absolutely the best. I have relied on John and his services for about 15 years on various properties and multiple units. I have never used anyone else, nor would I ever. John is the fairest and most transparent man of integrity I have on my team of vendors and I would encourage everyone to call Arnold's Appliance for all your appliance repair needs. John came out less than 24 hrs after we spoke about my oven issue. He called to let me know he was on his way, and was able to identify the issue very quickly. He had the part in his vehicle, and the install was quick and efficient. The charge for doing the work was very reasonable. Overall a very happy customer, I will definitely call again if I need appliances fixed! Thank You John!

I just had my leaky refrigerator fixed by John. He was extremely thorough, knowledgable, professional and personable (fairly priced to boot). He was able to get out to our house quickly to resolve the issue as well. I will be using John for all of my small appliance needs in the future. Thank you again.
