Every National Refrigeration employee I have worked with has been polite and respectful especially those working in my home. They never have a problem with wearing clean protective boot covers and are conscientious of taking them on and off. Never a mess to clean up when they leave. Also very knowledgeable when it comes to more complex systems. Office also helped with warrantee work and submitting the claim. Great service.

I highly recommend Wyatt and the team from national refrigeration. Customer service was outstanding and Wyatt’s subject matter expertise is top-notch. Very knowledgeable and courteous, and Took the time to explain to me everything that was going on with my heating and cooling systems. I will be setting up a maintenance plan and will be buying a complete new system in the near future. This is what customer service is all about!!

This team came in and replaced 4 air handlers and 4 AC units and I have never been so impressed. They were diligent, neat, and extremely professional. If you are looking for an HVAC provider look no further. Brian and his team are the “A” Team.

Our heat wasn't working, and I after reading some of National Refrigeration's excellent reviews, I decided to call them since they were local. They were awesome. I received a fast appointment, and David P., who serviced our furnace, was excellent. He gave it a thorough cleaning and answered our first-time homeowner questions, which we really appreciated. David got our heat working again without any extra fees, which we were grateful for. Thank you! We've also had Sam come out our house twice for routine service, and he was always SO nice and a total pleasure to deal with.

The other day, I called National Refrigeration, and the technician, Samuel Gil, did a great job diagnosing and replacing my old AC blower. It's just like new now.

National has been our go to HVAC company for just over 2 years now. After running into numerous issues with a few different vendors in the area I am glad we found National. We had our annual PM service for our AC today and the technician, Justin, was excellent. He showed up early in the appointment window, was very thorough, answered all questions, and was extremely professional. Can’t ask for much more out of an HVAC company or their team. 10/10- recommended to family/friends.

This is a fantastic company. Old school business model, and it shows. From the super friendly and competent gals in the office to the service tech Wyatt, the public face of the operation, customer service is strong. Technical service is strong. These guys are in it for the long haul.

In the middle of November, my gas furnace wanted to suddenly stop working. A family member had used National Refrigeration before and had nothing but praise for the company. I outreached and they were able to have a technician out the following the day.

Technician Wyatt diagnosed the issue within an hour, and also offered some insights on the furnace I was unaware of. He was pleasant to talk to and answered all of my questions without hesitation.

I ended up needing a part ordered, which took some time, understandably. But once it was received, National Refrigeration outreached and sent Wyatt the following day. The install was smooth and the furnace was running within an hour. It’s been a month and I’ve had no issues since. My experience was great overall and I highly recommend them!

I got a tech to come out the morning I called! Jarrod was very professional and made some repairs to keep an (admittedly) old condenser going a while longer. 5 stars for doing only what was necessary and reasonable.
