Platinum replaced an A/C system for me 2.5 years ago, and everything went well. I needed my local area service tech (who's servicing the Warwick/Cranston area) to come out and have a look at something. He's a nice guy, arrived early, made a great impressions, was very helpful, and for that reason I'll continue to use Platinum for maintenance and other stuff.
