They came out, assessed the issue with our washer, gave us some tips, ordered some parts, came back and replaced the broken parts. Communication was great. Shceduling was quick. Nowhere to improve as far as I'm concerned.

Although I did not get a chance to work directly with Stone Appliance they called me personally (not a robot like big manufacturers) and were completely upfront and honest! I appreciated that more than anything! I will follow Danielle’s recommendations when purchasing a new appliance, thank you!

I have had Alan fix my Washing Machine, Dryer and Refrigerator. All done correctly and still going. I have also had him diagnose a dish washer and a different dryer. In both those cases he told me the part costs without labor was going to be about half of the price of getting a new machine and advised me not to repair those particular machines and buy new machines. He also gave me recommendations of the brands to that lasted longer and were easier to get fixed when they did have problems. I really appreciate his advice and will continue to recommend Stone Appliance to everyone.

If you need an appliance repaired, installed, or just advice on your appliances this is your guy. Alan is fantastic and his wife is a pleasure to work with as well. Very honest and does a quality job every time. He repaired or replaced a few of our appliances and will have him do others when they inevitably break in the future.

Alan not only fixed our washing machine but also explained how to flip my dryer door around to make it easier to transfer directly from washer to dryer. Look no further than Stone Appliance!

Came over on Christmas Eve, Danielle was very friendly on the phone. Alan was very knowledgeable. Diagnosed my problem within a half hour had a refrigerator that was not getting very cold. Gave me some pointers on how to keep it working until the part I need came in ,was able to save all my food. I highly recommend this husband wife team.

Be warned: I paid Alan Stone for the diagnosis, the part and the charge for the labor to install the part as soon as it came in. I am still waiting for him to install the part. He does not return phone calls or email messages.
