I have been with Hope Energy for 48 years. I had the best experience today with the technician, DALLAS, who did my yearly cleaning on my furnace. He was here for almost 2 hours. I heard banging a lot during that time. I went downstairs and he did many things that I was not aware of that was needed, as I am not a furnace tech. I found him extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable. In all the years I have had Hope Energy and yearly cleaning, never has anyone spent the time he did. I had a new furnace installed in 2015 by Hope Energy so understand that it probably did not require high maintenance but to see/hear the effort he did to keep furnace manageable was impressive. Thank you Dallas!!!

I’ve been getting oil from Hope Oil for years. It is always a pleasure to speak with Justin. He always gets me my oil quickly and is incredibly pleasant. He is the reason I did not switch oil companies.

We have been using Hope Oil for years. Automatic delivery and monthly payment plan means I never have to think about needing oil or wondering how I’m going to pay the high winter bills. Great local company I am happy to support.

We truly cannot say enough good things about Hope Energy & Energy One. Whether it is fuel delivery or HVAC services, they are hands-down the best choice. From all the staff who coordinate the service / installation / delivery of fuel to the crews that perform the service, everyone is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. You can truly tell that their company, staff, technicians, delivery drivers take extreme pride in every aspect of their job and ensure every detail is flawless.
We highly recommend Hope Energy & Energy One for all your fuel delivery and HVAC needs. You will be extremely impressed with your experience! -
I recently had an indoor oil tank replaced with all new piping and lines. Very nice job. I was amazed how quiet they were and I was sitting directly above them on the first floor. Very clean work, absolutely zero mess left behind. Please thank the crew for repositioning the tank from its original spot. This move provided me with more storage space.
Thanks again,

I reached out to Hope Energy after moving here to RI from AZ. When I reached the office staff, I was told the best person to speak with was Stephen, but he was on vacation. I opted to wait, to ensure all of my questions were answered. While the other staff were nice, Stephen is worth waiting for. Not only is he so knowledgeable, he is equally, if not more, kind! He really cares about his customers and wants only the best for every encounter. He assured me too that the team at Hope Energy and their related companies are the best, and I couldn't agree more.
Tonight, we found our home didn't have hot water. I called the emergency line for Hope Energy and left a message. Within a short time, less than 10 minutes, Tommy returned my call and he expressed genuine concern and care for our situation. He had immediate answers and resolution, with a promise follow-up call in the morning.
Without a doubt, I am thankful for the partnership I have established with Hope Energy. Call Stephen - it will be one of the best decisions you make for your home care needs! -
Today I spoke with a staff member by the name of Ms Christine. She was very helpful and dedicated to service to the customers. Customer service and customer satisfaction. Is the MUST important thing in today’s world. The customer is always right. Specially if you have a loyal customer that is with supreme hope/ energy for 34 years. Like my self. From the top to the technicians to the customer service mangers, to the staff members of HOPE/ SUPREME energy. I have to say that Ms Christine is above average is customer service and customer satisfaction. Thank you very much. Ms Christine for a job well done. Please keep up the good work. My rating to you and your company is a 5 stars ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Up until about a year ago I would have given this company 5-star rating. Now they are a part of Energy one. They brought oil and placed sticker on my Inlet marking their brand. Serviced my furnace and then marked it with their brand with a 8 by 6 inch sticker on the furnace. The sticker is hard to remove. All the stickers don't even say hope oil they have the energy One logo. Discarded all of my maintenance tags that I had of records for 10 years most likely because they had other oil companies on them. As far as I'm concerned went from friendly too rude and inconsiderate.

Jack C. Has delivered oil to my home for about 30 years. We saw the company change from Interstate to Hope, we went through snowstorms and covid. We watched kids grow up and we lost loved ones during that time. I am leaving Hope Energy but I will be ever grateful for Jack’s trustworthy service, loyalty and expertise. Thank you, my friend.

When they were "Hope Oil"--they were really good. Absolutely stellar service, and Justin who ran the entire operation was amazing (still is). Once they merged into this new outfit----they wait to deliver oil right after the prices increase. My last fill --4 days ago cost me 3.99/gallon. There are other in the same area example Richards Oil who is charging $3.40/gallon. They charged me a $135 for a service fee for "diagnosing" something I already knew---and never once quoted the fee. They are rude and condescending when you call. Justin who works there still---is the only professional there in my opinion. Next renewal---I am out of here
Update:
Ok, if prices dropped 8 cents today and you didn't know..I understand but it still doesn't equate to the fact that it puts your prices at 3.91, while others are anywhere from 3.40 to 3.56....making your prices still the highest. I have definitely done my research and not venting coz of high prices......it's too bad that your response is simply a "defense" rather than being customer oriented. -
They Over charge your credit card and Lie. Call and leave rude messages. Swear and cuss you out.....

If i could give Hope a 0 I would.
$299. For a standard yearly cleaning is outrageous.
They charge for 3 hours of service, but only stay for 11/2.
Too greedy for me.
I canceled my service with them. -
Horrible company. They trap you into a contract and then charge you the highest oil prices around. They deliver every 3 weeks... somehow $500.00 everytime. When they come to service your furnace, they somehow find$100s of dollars wrong with your system that isn't covered under their best contact. Go figure. Sounds like some crooks to me. Plus...I work for a GC.. and we no longer use them because they are hacks. Take heed... go to another oil company.

We joined with Hope for oil delivery last year after dealing with Petro pricing. The sales man bragged that they don't gouge their customers the way Petro does. For the most part, their pricing has been average with the local market however recently they waited until the day prices were hiked before delivering. We are on an auto delivery schedule and when I spoke with a representative they said they would deliver our first delivery of the season in September. They didn't show up in September and they waited until the day oil prices went up by over a dollar to deliver. This is absolutely ridiculous. They specifically waited for the spike before delivering.
