The service provided on Sunday (same day call) was fast and efficient. Jose, the technician that provided the service, was timely, did a great job and very pleasant. He is an A+

Water leak alarm goes off at the water main in the basement, massive leak from the meter and the main knob won't turn all the way. Nightmare. These guys answered immediately, were there within an hour, and sorted out the whole situation within 30 minutes, and contacted my water utility company to get them involved to complete the fix. Fantastic!

Prompt response following initial call, even though it was not an emergency, and arrived just a little before their scheduled window. I have an older home so it's very nice to have understanding professionals come in that actually want to do the work for which we're paying.

Had another opportunity to hire this company to repair another leaky toilet in my home. Adam, who has done work at my house a couple times already was tasked with finding the solution. After finding the cause of the leak and a brief discussion we decided that it was time to replace my 30+ year toilet. He did this on his own in an amazingly short time. Highly recommend this company and all of their crew. My thanks to Adam and owner, Jacob. This is the only plumbing company I will deal with until the end of my life... the good Lord willing.

Let me say that SOS saved my day! I attempted to repair a leaky bathroom faucet myself and ended up, of course, NOT fixing the leak, cross-threading the handle and panicking... I called SOS... I left a message with the answering service for a non-emergency service, and I received a callback from Jacob, who put me on the schedule for "now to noon." I received a phone call from the service tech, Adam, en route - the long way (was given the incorrect address), but promptly showed up with Raymond/apprentice. These guys were kind, professional and efficient! Their parents raised 'em right. Adam was knowledgeable and took the time to share that knowledge with Raymond. I will absolutely call SOS again for another project forthcoming... ahhhhh the kitchen faucet....ohhhhh almost forgot... AFFORDABLE....they cost LESS than an emergency service from the roto guys....thank you again SOS...

They came to install a string filter and fix my shutoff valves that were corroding. They were not only professional and did great work, but they were reasonably priced too. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Amazing service. Sunday night. Freezing cold. Everyone I tried calling before was giving an ETA in days not hours. SOS showed up EARLY and were done fast and clean and gave solid advice moving forward. I will be calling in the spring for some more work.

SOS plumbing did a fantastic job. We called them last minute to winterize our cottage, and they jumped right on it scheduling us. They were GREAT!! quick response time to request an appointment. They were informative and did an EXCELLENt job with my pin whole repair of a copper pipe. My plumbing specialist was Nathan, who was polite, clean, informative and thorough. I will definitely use them again for further plumbing needs.

This company is amazing and the two technicians that came out were awesome. They got my heating system back on track and also pointed out some areas of concerned. They were very professional. They were timely and they came on short notice.

I would just like to say how pleased we are with the job that Matt and Nate did for us today. They showed up on time, they were both very friendly and yes they are a returning company now for us. Matt and Nate are hands down 5* TOP NOTCH they get the job done the right way and take the time to walk us through what the problem was. They also took the time to check their work and make sure everything was in working order. We definitely will be having them back, this house needs them.

Pipe burst day of a massive snowstorm and Jacob (the owner) came out within an hour of calling, fixed the problem, identified some other needed fixes and got us back with heat….even when my regular boiler service provider refused to come out.

Could not be happier with SOS and recommend them highly.

We were in a real pinch ahead of this big storm as our furnace had stopped working. SOS came out and while they didn't have the part we needed, they did refer us to someone who was able to come out and get our heat on in a few hours. Most places would just say 'sorry' and be on their way. Appreciate that they got us where we needed to be.

Jose and the Jacobs were fantastic to work with. Obviously having an issue in the first place is no fun, but they were quick and straightforward. They also are very clearly knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that have improved our quality of life (at least with respect to our plumbing).

We have been using SOS plumbing for a while now they service all four of our commercial boilers recently they had to come out for emergency service. It’s great having a company that stocks all of their vehicles so they have the components needed on a late night service visit and they can get the systems going on a moments notice. We have used plenty of other companies and I think that we have found our one. Don’t call anyone else. Call these guys!! 😊💕💕

Our water heater died late in the day on a Saturday and Jacob came to our rescue quickly diagnosed the issue and had us back up and running by early evening. Very professional and polite.
