I go here once a year for my spring landscaping. It is self explanatory for the most part where you are supposed to go and where you park, but it was nice of the staff to be very clear and direct you. It makes it easier in everyone.

The previous company you just had to know what to do. What bin to park near and the angle to park. If you didn't park exactly correctly they became frustrated and ridiculed you.

Needed over 30 yds of mulch for all my garden beds so cost was a big factor. Not only did Mountain view have the best prices, but customer service is second to none. Order arrived super fast and Justin was a pro navigating the big dump truck into my driveway with construction going on across the street & vehicles in the way. And the black mulch is seriously the prettiest I've ever seen. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Justin!!

I was at this facility and witnessed how they treated a homeowner that was there discussing inadequate service on their behalf. I ended up not buying anything.
A gentleman came out of the office yelling and screaming and cussing at the customer before he even knew what was going on. It appears they were lying to a customer about a whole bunch of different things. I over heard the woman say that making promises you can't keep is "just construction". Then they shorted him about $150 on his refund. I would stay far away from this place.
