was with using existing duct-work. some problems with the existing duck work were found during the install that they took care of with no additional cost to me. all workers took extra care upon entering my home and did an excellent job of cleanup after job was completed

I would recommend Airtek, Robby Owens, to anyone. He has always come to me when I’ve had a problem, even on a Sunday! When my unit went out ( it was 22+ years old) I let him know on a Saturday afternoon that I was ready for a new one. He was there on Tuesday measuring & there at 6AM Wednesday morning installing & I was cool Wednesday night! This was the middle of July & HOT!!! I trust Robby & he’s always straight up.

Our heat went out on a Saturday morning. After making a few calls to companies who were either not open on weekends or who wanted to charge an exorbitant amount of money for a weekend call, someone recommended that we call AirTek. We called Robby just before lunchtime, and he was at our house within two hours.

Robby was incredibly helpful, honest, and hardworking. He thoroughly explained to us what the problem was, how to prevent it in the future, and what our most cost-efficient options were. He was not “out to get us” in his pricing, nor did he come across as trying to price gouge or be manipulative. We could tell that he was genuinely concerned with wanting to help us.

We plan on calling Robby for all of our HVAC needs in the future. After such a pleasant experience, we don’t want to do business with anyone else!

My air was out Saturday at 7:30 pm Airtek. was called Mr. Robby Owens delivered. He came 1st thing Sunday and now I gotta wear a jacket to sleep....
