Great price. Responsive and professional.

Brilin electric has always been helpful and nice. The owner is very helpful and the staff in the front office are welcoming and kind. Not to mention they helped with all my questions in a kind manner.

We had an issue due wind damage dropping a limb from a tree and pulling the power lines down. They responded quickly and came out on a Sunday to make sure we didn't go to long without power.

Michael A - came 22 Aug 18, Identified the faulty CB and checked the integrity of the other CBs. Michael did a great job and his manager supported the repair without charge since they did the entire house wiring. While Michael and Allen did a great job, overall, I'm concerned about the wiring of the house.....
They stand by their work. Allen came by and sorted the issue. Great job. -
I was very pleased with the service provided today! Kris our technician was so accommodating with his time. He allowed me some extra time to get back home to make our service call window, which is completely out of the norm (most will leave understandably) and we would have had to reschedule. We did not because this company cares about people and it showed in how they handled me not being on time. That says a lot, as things happen and sometimes we run late and it is out of our control. I appreciate the flexibility and then not making me feel bad about it. There was also someone in their office that was texting me with updates and arrival time and was very understanding that my work had run over. Communication is key and they have that! They did everything to help us not miss our appointment. I appreciate it and love when companies care about the people and are friendly, kind and even tolerant of others schedules. Thank you for getting our lights fixed and have a great week!

Recently had work done a home of mine, unimpressed form start to finish. After the initial walk through estimate, I was told I'd receive a call to schedule an appointment, after days went by, I called and left a message and eventually got a date on the books. Much of the work I wanted done was left off the estimate, work was rushed leaving me to have to go back and finish a couple things, which meant I needed to take a trip to home depot. I'm going to have to rewire my fans to work with the wall switch. I can do much of this work on my own but paid to have the work done as I am very limited on time. As one who invests in real estate projects, I will be using one of the many other electrician options in the area moving forward.

Drives dangerously on the road

DR Horton new neighbor company not fixing one year warranty brand new home not a year old use a different company they are not reliable

Brand new house and the bedroom light went out then came on buzzing, the customer service woman was rude and she didn’t get someone out to my house a week later. Could have been a fire hazard but she didn’t care!!!

Very rude!!! I would keep my house lit by candlelight before I’d let them get a dime from me!

Charged us $4450 to change the main electrical panel on the outside of our house. The panel itself we googled the price and found out it was less than $200. Labor for the 2 electricians was somewhere between $1200-$1400. I’m guessing on the pricing because the owner refused to speak to my husband when he showed up at the office for an itemized bill. Also, employees were instructed by owner to sit in our driveway until payment was made in full or else it would have to come out of employees pay. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy nor would I ever hire them again to wire a dog house. Absolute worst customer service.

Very unprofessional, unorganized, poor work. my wiring had to be redone. We were left with no water. They did not check to see if water was back on, we are on a well so our water is off if the electricity is off. They were replacing a whole breaker box unit and would have NOT labeled the breakers if I had not asked them to do so. One electrician was smoking the whole time. I could go on and on but I would NEVER use them again. STAY AWAY!

Brilin Electric wired my house when it was built by Standard Pacific in 2014. I went to update the outdoor carriage lights and the work that was done by the electrician was VERY poorly done. What should have taken 30min to an hour will now have to be completed by a professional. I wouldn't have Brilin change the batteries in my remote control.

Services did not come on the original agreed date and had to move it out even further. They were the original
Installers for this home under new construction. They then charged me $325 to replace a wall receptacle. I will never use them again. That’s robbery and not how you manage a customer relationship, but they wanna come back after the holidays to run more wire...... ummm no! -
These guys choose not to do the right thing or stand by their work. Want to charge me $250 to change out faulty exterior flood bulbs(3-4months installed). Would do myself to avoid them, but the flood light is 30ft up. Phone person wanted to argue about it. I think a better company can be found.

I’d highly NOT recommend this company. Their staff is extremely unreliable and rude. My 1yr Warranty work was scheduled by them multiple times for them to No Show several times and/or come without the correct part, or try to convince me to let them install a smaller part (light fixture) than what was previously in the house. Last appointment, the rep scheduled me for a Saturday appointment during my summer vacation. I returned home 1 day early with hopes of finally getting the work done during summer break for them to only no show again. Rep has been totally insensitive and rude! Most recent conversation the Rep then stated I was not at home when they arrived, which was TOTALLY untrue! My home cameras show they never arrived for the service call. l’ll attempt to share text thread of communication showing the bad service.

Hopefully their service is better than their driving. Just got run off the road by one of their service vans (#5). Maybe not the best look.
