Jevin cleaned my pool very well fast and efficient

I was looking for a pool company for two years that would not just take my money and would say they were coming but not only didn't show up but would string me along over and over again. Precision didn't do that they came when they said they would they explained there rates and there process clearly. In addition to weekly service, we just had our pool light replaced & old stains treated and we are very satisfied. They knocked both out in under an hour taking less time than initially quoted. They were happy to work around our schedule and were complete pros!

Brandon did such a great job on our pool. Our pool had a ton of algae and I made some pool care mistakes that he helped me figure out. He was super helpful and turned our pool from a scary murky greenish hue to crystal clear just in time for my 14 year old's pool party! We could not be happier! Thank you Precision Pool. We will always use you for any pool service.

Precision Pool Care is by far the best pool company in town. I have gone through using multiple pool companies and Precision is the most dependable and never disappoints. They also never fix something without it getting authorized. Highly recommend!

We had a tornado throw a tree into our pool this winter and although we normally service our own pool we could not get the water cleared up from the algae afterward. They were very clear about the process and costs involved with the cleanup service. They are prompt, courteous and have great communication protocols. We decided to keep them on for weekly service.

I used Precision pool care for the entire Summer, Fall, and Winter of 2020. These guys did everything I asked - bought the supplies, stocked them, came by weekly, etc. I did their weekly plan which came out to about $55 a week not including the supplies. This was a full - service job and I was very pleased with what I got. Huge shoutout to Marci and Heidi in the front office - you can tell Marci runs things well because she is ON it. Heidi is very sweet as well and will do anything she can to keep her customers happy. I am selling my house now but will definitely recommend and use these guys in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this company! We had an emergency (crack/leak in our T-cell) occur with our pool late on a Saturday afternoon. I was in complete panic, as the water was draining out of our spa at an alarming rate, and I knew that once it drained, the pool was next! I asked for recommendations on FB and a good friend recommended Precision Pool Care. I called and left a VM and received a return phone call in less than an hour, and even though it was after 3 pm, two gentlemen were at my house shortly thereafter and quickly fixed the problem! I have since utilized them to help fix our spa and will be signing up to have them maintenance our pool moving forward! HIGHLY recommend! They are professional, courteous, prompt and reasonably priced, you won't regret choosing them for all of your pool/spa needs!

We had a emergency the other day with our pool pipe broken and the water was everywhere. We called precision pool care and they came out within the hour and was able to fix our pool that same day. We were so grateful for them because it was freezing that night and our pool lost so much water, if they couldn't fix it that day, it would be such a disaster. Kevin and Andrew were so nice and courteous and knowledgeable. The office people are friendly too. I would recommend the precision pool care to everyone!
