I've had quite a bit of tree work done over the last 20 years. Randy was very professional and prices could not be beat. His insurance proof was sent to me by his insurance company, which hadn't been done by other tree services. Hope the other ones really did have insurance. I will use again.

Randy was quick to come out and give me a quote. His scheduling system is easy and very organized. He had a scheduling delay but gave me notice weeks ahead of time so it wasn't issue. Very responsive to email and text. Took our tree down right next to the fence with no problems and no impact on the lawn. Would use again.

We had an amazing experience with Top Line Tree Service for removal and pruning of all our trees. The owner Randy Hallner came out and spent well over an hour with us assessing every tree on our property, answering our questions, and coming up with a plan of action. Some trees needed to be removed altogether and some needed pruning. We had two other estimates and felt Top Line was the best as far as having a knowledgeable approach, being responsive, etc. In March, Randy and his team came out to prune/remove trees and cleaned up meticulously afterwards. Randy clearly has a passion for trees because he was happy to educate us on the types of trees we have and how to keep them happy and healthy. He was incredibly personable yet professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent work and reasonable prices. I called to have a tree removed that was too close to the house and some crepe myrtles trimmed up. They scheduled the work a couple of weeks out but a couple of days before they were to arrive a storm broke a large maple in my backyard. The revised their proposal to include the removal of that tree as well and took care of it all that day. I can't recommend them enough.

Highly Recommend!! Randy (the owner) communicated well, was punctual for quoting, and provided a fair price for removing two 50 ft maple trees from my yard. The knowledgeable crew arrived as scheduled, performed flawlessly, and cleaned up like they were never here! Great job all around.

Randy + team were awesome! Not your typical attitude serviceman: this guy was quick to reply, organized, prompt, true to his word. On top of that he gave me the best priced quote.
He gave the tree a health rating while coming to quote - very knowledgeable.
Watching the team climb and cut limbs down was pretty exciting too.

I had a tree fall on my home while trying to sell it. Randy came out and gave me an estimate and I immediately connected with him. His knowledge, respect for my time, and property resonated well. He was scheduling 2 weeks out but when I explained I was selling my home and time was crucial he moved things around and got it done immediately. I didn’t ask him too, he did it because he cared. Also, the attention to detail, clean up, was absolutely above reproach. His pricing is extremely competitive too. Usually you pay a premium for work like this! I highly recommend Randy and his team.
