Michael & Treston did an AMAZING job installing my new lights on the front porch & replacing the front/back porch fixtures! They were able to figure out a way to hide all the wiring on my front porch! I had 2 other guys out who wanted to put up conduit which would have detracted from my porch. It looks great and works perfect! I will definitely be requesting this team for any future electrical needs! Thanks you guys so much!

My family moved to SC a couple years ago. Our neighbor recommended Starnes Electric. We have continued using Starnes Electric because of their great service, professionalism and always completing our projects on time at a great price. Starnes electric came out to fix our deck lighting in our new home. It was beautiful, until it wasn’t.
It went out. No breakers tripped or anything obvious. They came out THREE additional visits and finally found the culprit in our kitchen. Kindness each visit and no additional charge. We even got a crash course in GFIs. We will definitely be recommending them.

We had an amazing experience. After getting 4 quotes, we decided to use Starnes because their quote was very reasonable and Michael was so kind and likable that it made the decision super easy. Brady and another gentleman (sorry I forgot his name) we so considerate with taking their shoes off, did a very quick and clean job and were very sweet with our parents. We got the sense that they really care about doing quality work at a very fair cost. WILL use them for future needs and have already told a couple of friends about them.

I’ve used Starnes for multiple projects at the house. Most recently they were able to work me in same day to wire up a pressure switch.

Technicians were quick, efficient, explained everything before, during, and after the job. Price very reasonable.

Chad and his apprentice were on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable. They found the problem and repaired / fixed the issue in a timely manner. They were great at letting me know exactly where the issue was and walked me through what they did to fix it. Would recommend Starnes for your electric needs.

Customer service was excellent. I received a call back immediately and service the next day. They had to repair a faulty plug outlet from a recent previous electrician. Very friendly, efficient, and explained all the work done and answered all my questions. The price was very fair. Great overall experience

Colton and James just left my house and they were so nice, very professional and went above and beyond to reposition a range outlet. They then installed the range itself to make sure it worked properly. They came for a follow up after Brady was here a few months ago to re wire our kitchen. Brady also super nice and did a great job. I will definitely hire them as needed going forward and would totally recommend!

Great job installing my fixtures. I also enjoyed the electricians very much, both knowledgeable and personable which helps! Chad’s a hoot. I’ll be calling them again for additional work.

Excellent service!!! I had an emergency pop up with my HVAC unit that required an electrician to replace the main disconnect. The company worked so fast to have someone at my house. This was such a relief knowing I will have heat tonight when the temperature drops into the teens. Chad was so nice and professional, he reallywent above and beyond all expectations. He fixed the problem in a very timely manner and he took the time to explain the entire situation to someone with zero electrical knowledge in a way I was able to understand it. He even called the HVAC company that discovered the problem to make sure the power was the only problem and I didn't need the HVAC tech back out here. And it was a very reasonable price. 10/10 experience. I will definitely use and recommend this company in the future.

1/14/26-Almost one year to the date Starnes arrived to perform the annual maintenance on the Generac whole house generator. Again, the service performed was accomplished efficiently and flawlessly. Anthony and his apprentice were very personable and professional! I received excellent service from the beginning. with Shannon scheduling the appointment, throughout the process. Highly recommend this company!

Starnes serviced our generator today even in 20 degree weather! Treston performed the annual services and explained what was accomplished. He was very professional and personable. Will definately call them for any future needs!

After Helene our generator had been running over 24 hours and needed to be turned off and levels checked. It was Saturday, a nice lady answered my call and was able to schedule a technician 2 hours later. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable and the generator kept running until power was back. Grateful for good service on a weekend!

Called and was able to secure an appointment for same day service. Had to install new dryer outlet and new wire. Great service.

Chad and Tanner were amazingly good and far exceeded any and all of my expectations. They are now permanently on my contacts list for any time I have any problems with electrical systems. These gentlemen were fast, efficient, courteous, and very professional. They made my day!!

Treston did a great job today. Showed up on time, assessed the problem and did not leave until the work was completed. Very pleased with the service.

We needed an electric meter base replaced and Starnes was very quick to respond and came out the same day to inspect and see what needed to be done. They replaced the base just 3 days later and took only a couple of hours while working with the City of Rock Hill. They provided excellent service and were reasonably priced. Very happy with the outcome. Thank you Starnes for your service!

We recently replaced our old whole house generator with a new Generac whole house generator from Starnes Electric. From the first encounter with Shannon on the phone and the first meeting with Chad and Tanner we knew we had come to the right place. Chad came up with a plan to fit all of our needs and kept us up to date throughout the process. We met owner Dalton Starnes, as he met with us in the planning stage. Chad and Tanner returned to install. For sure these guys had it together working on the installation. This company checks all boxes of excellence; customer service, communication, knowledgeable and hard working employees. We highly recommend Starnes Electric, and will be using them for all our electrical needs.

Fantastic service and fair prices. Very professional. Assisted with fallen tree removal after Hurricane Helene and did some electrical work inside the house that needed to be done for a while! We will definitely be using them again!
