These are the kind of HVAC companies you want running around. You’ll pay a little more for upfront cleaning and maintenance, but it’s because they aren’t salesmen trying to get in the door for $50 and then sell you $2500 repairs - unless it’s NEEDED.

Do yourself a favor and spend a little more on your maintenance cost and get an honest opinion at a fair price.

I agreed to 2 full service maintenance charges before they arrived. They looked at one and said, you don’t need the full service on this one, it’s 8 years old, maintained and just needs a quick cleaning of key parts. The 15 year old unit, we’ll do the full service on. They found the beginning signs of a heat exchanger failure, showed me pictures and gave options. We opted to wait til next winter, they said that would be perfectly acceptable and moved to their next call. No pressure, just the facts, the numbers and on their way.

Ross came out on short notice and repaired the heating system in my Air BNB, very early,....on one of the coldest days of the year! He really saved the day by having the part in stock and coming out immediately!
As a result, I didn't have to cancel my guests who planned to spend their Wedding night in my venue!!

John was fantastic! He fixed my AC system by replacing a part for $290 when a competing company told me my compressor was out and wanted to charge me $18,000 for a new system. Thanks John for saving me all that money!
