I had a great experience with Panther Heating and Cooling. I want to give a special thank you to Ben for being extremely knowledgable and helpful with the information and service he provided. I would recommend using their services again due to the exceptional customer service I received.

Called Panther on a late Tuesday afternoon with not an urgent issue, but something that’s been concerning the last couple of months that I finally wanted address. They had a technician scheduled for first thing Wednesday morning. Terry Morrison was my tech assigned to the job. He was prompt, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I can understand. Gave general advice before doing his full inspection, and then gave more specific recommendations based on what he saw. He was honest and didn’t push me to spend money on something just because, he made sure to emphasize it’s only a suggestion instead of pressuring me to do all the things right away. He also helped find ways to save me money. I feel like I learned a lot from him and I look forward to working with Terry & the rest of the company in the future for all of my needs.

Called on Panther when our church needed someone to check the problem that we were having with our heat/air system and it was during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend but the service tech William Adams still made it out to service it & get it running for us for Sunday church service. After figuring out what the issue needed to be fully resolved, William then returned during the next week to replace the parts so that we wouldn’t have to run into that situation again. THANK YOU William and Panther Heating-Cooling Service !!!

Ben Kennon was excellent! He was very well mannered and knowledgeable. I am very happy with Panthers Heating & Cooling & would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Called in for my grandparents, they said their system was acting funny. They said their tech Ben was the nicest guy, fixed the issue, and they were happy. I'm happy if they're happy and I don't have to make a trip south!

Panther Heating and Cooling installed my unit a year ago, and now that I've gone through all four seasons with it, I'm ready to give a review.
The company has been great and easy to work with. They took the time and made the effort to do it properly and make sure that I was satisfied. When there were things I needed them to check they responded quickly and courteously and made sure I was satisfied before they left.
Today William came out to replace a part that had been recalled. My unit wasn't having any issues, but they were proactive in making sure there wouldn't be any issues. That's quality service.

I can't recommend them more highly. They are absolutely top notch. All their techs and the people on the phone have been stellar. If you need HVAC work done, trust Panther.

The entire team did an amazing job during my system installation. They were punctual, accommodating, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves! Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their system

Being a Rock Hill native I wouldn’t trust anyone else installing & servicing my HVAC. Ben was the most helpful & patient man. I appreciate his attention to detail & his willingness to help me even after business hours. He even checked in a couple days after to make sure everything was running smoothly!

Chris and Edgar were great at installing our HVAC on a cold day. They were very knowledgeable in replacing the old geothermal. Ethan was also very helpful in time with.

Terry Morrison provided very knowledgeable and honest advice on maintaining service on my HVAC system. He texted me prior to his arrival so I knew his approximate ETA. He was polite and asked a lot of questions about my home to get the best possible advice on my home and ultimately my power bill. I hope that I can get him for every time I need Panther.

Called panther because my heat was broken the other day, Ben rushed over to fix the heat at my home in this bitter cold! He was kind, efficient, and got things fixed so quickly. His customer service was so appreciated and he even thew the football to my son on the way out the door! Thanks for fixing our heat, Ben!

Panther sent out technician William A who thoroughly checked our HVAC unit after my wife called about an intense burning smell she woke up to this morning. He went over the unit removing panels and checking that various wires were not the cause and then pulled out the heating coil and confirmed that dust on the heating coil had been the cause of the smell. Thanks William for the thorough, friendly and professional service. Panther has always sent out someone competent and knowledgeable whenever we have had any issues.
