I have used US Air for years and they are the Best! Great work and friendly guys! We have used Ronnie and his staff of pros for 10 years. They are growing their business because they are honest, efficient, and a great value. A pleasure working with US Air twice a year!
We recently decided to move, and we asked US Air to help us with fixing a couple problems unrelated to heating and ac. They sent Andrew, one of their excellent Techs to help us and he did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. We moved back to S.C. and are again happy with US Air.

Another on time, easy service visit. Alex did everything you would want a tech to do: listened to my concerns, understood how my HVAC system worked, showed me the results of his checks on the furnace, and addressed my areas of concern. I continue to recommend them.

I have used US Heating and Cooling a few times and have always had a good experience. The technicians are punctual and polite. I am a single woman and I feel like they are honest and give me all of the options without pushing one over another. Bottom line is I trust them to give me quality service at a decent price without trying to sell me something I don’t need.

Unique project to relocate Air handler from basement to Attic. Very cooperative with a DIYer. Very informative. Work was done on time, efficiently, cleanly, and as requested. Appreciate the team incorporating my inputs into the final result. Very happy.

We noticed the A/C was not working and called (answering service) at 5:45PM. We got a call back within 10 minutes from Josh, the tech on-duty, who said he was in Charlotte but would come to us next and would call when he was enroute We immediately received an automated text with the estimated service time of 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, and a picture of Josh. At 6:15 Josh called and said he should be at our house at 6:40 PM. He evaluated and corrected the problem (new part) and had us up and running by 7:10PM - less than 90 minutes after we called. Outstanding! Great response, excellent communication, friendly tech, fair price - all in 90 minutes. Well done US Air & Cooling!

Awesome experience. Jamie was our first contact and took us through the whole process. He was professional and answered all our questions in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend US Air.

My daughter's HVAC for her room went out and these guys were at my house the same day and provided a very competitive quote within hours. The service and install went perfect, on time and in budget with no surprises. The support from the office and their project coordination software made this a wonderful experience.

I highly recommend US Air Heating and Cooling. They recently installed a new furnace and air conditioning system for me. The process went very smooth. The installers, Chris and David, were very knowledgeable and professional in doing the job. Communication was great and all questions were answered.

Michael’s Pros responded quickly when my AC stopped working. The technician arrived on time, was polite, and had the unit running within an hour. very impressed!

He explained what was wrong , fixed temporarily and I will contact in a couple weeks to schedule appointment.

US Air Heating and Cooling has been great to work with. We use them for our yearly furnace and AC maintenance, but any time we’ve had an issue they are always quick to come out and remedy the problem. They are reliable, trustworthy, and fair. Highly recommend.

This is the best air company that we have ever worked with! If I could give 5 million stars, I would. They are not your typical commercial company that you see all the time on commercials. They LITERALLY troubleshoot and fix the issue unlike others. They don’t put a bandage on a bullet wound. We’ve had furnace issues in our attic for a while and they go above and beyond to fix the issue. Shout out to Alex and Josh.

I have dealt with multiple A/C companies and have found US Air Heating and Cooling to be the most professional company. They have provided honest and fair quotes. Their work is quick, efficient and found/corrected issues that no one else did. They do a complete inspection in a timely manner. They show up when they say they will. I won't work with any other compnay.
