We experienced significant delays with this company, as they did not show up for several months beyond the promised timeline. When they did complete the work, the results were unsatisfactory. The septic tank they installed is shifting, and we have not received clear information about their work or the location of the drain tile. They were supposed to return to clean up and conduct a final walk-through, but they have been unresponsive to our attempts to contact them. Additionally, the pump they installed is not functioning correctly due to its placement, and the exposed pipes are likely to freeze in winter. The final charges were inconsistent with the initial quote, despite the discrepancies in the work performed. Do not recommend.
