Service was same day fast. Diagnosed issue. Attempted to repair and found other issues. Ended up replacing system. Satisfactorily communicative and relatively fast.

Kevin came out to look at our gas furnace on Halloween evening, within 30 minutes of speaking to him. That is awesome! He has a maintenance program to cover maintenance in the fall and spring, which is an amazing deal! 5/5 would recommend!

Called Persic for a 25 year old AC unit that had stopped working. They came out and were able to diagnose and fix the issue the same day. They didn’t try to upsell me on a completely new unit, and were friendly, knowledgeable and quick!

Kevin was courteous and professional. And, I have to add, patient as he answered a myriad of questions I kept asking. I like to understand what's happening and am always asking questions but he was happy to answer them all. Kevin retrofitted a new heat pump into an existing AC/gas furnace system as well as installed a new heat pump water heater on short notice. He was extremely responsive, professional, and great to work with. Both installs have been working great without issue. Highly recommend!
