Had a need for septic pumping at our house. Told by another local company that we'd worked with many times in the past that for a tech to come out we'd need to pay up front. Pretty bright people I guess since they didn't know the size of the system, what problems they might encounter, etc. Instead called Mattheis and within 90 minutes out system was pumped out.

Called today due to a leaking water heater (that I knew would have to be replaced). Bill was here in less than an hour and out the door within an hour and a half. Great service! Will definitely use them again!

This business was hired by me to resolve a drainage problem with my sewer. They came in ran a snake and come up with the conclusion the pipe was collapsed. They had previously cut my sewer line.They said they would return the next day, when they did, they said they wouldn't be able to get to it for a week maybe longer because of help shortage and maybe I should look for another plumber to finish the job. Needless to say I was forced to finish the job myself. I'm 71 years old. Piss poor way to treat seniors. Then charged me almost 900.00 .Beware
