They put in an Aprilaire Humidifier for us. They were great to work with, got here on time and did a great job. We liked them.

Called with a problem (of a system they installed in 2021) they set up a time for a diagnostic and asked to have a video sent in. Did that and they texted back with a possible solution, with some time and elbow grease I was able to fix my own problem! Saved time, money, and energy. They have it figured out! Thank you to the ladies that answered my questions!

Tucker came out and handled our problem quickly and professionally. Central is now my go to HVAC company. They fixed the problems that the original company I paid to diagnose my a.c. caused. And they did it for a third of the price of the other guy's estimate!

Had my AC go out in the middle of the summer. Central Heating and Air did an inspection on my old unit and replaced my AC within a week, which was much sooner than other companies were offering at the time. Great customer service and competitive pricing. Would recommend.

The service they provided has been really solid. They had the best solution to our basement challenge to which another unsaid large local HVAC retailer here messed up on. These guys are top notch (not perfect in everything) but what I needed them for pertaining to a basement finish these guys delivered a great service and product, I would trust these guys to do it again.
