I called because we found our furnace was not producing heat. Kyle and his apprentice Alex came out within 20 minutes and corrected the problem. They were incredibly polite and thorough. Would definitely recommend Howe to anyone wanting fast and efficient service. Thank you, Howe.

Alex and Jackson were great-polite, courteous, efficient and did a great job installing our furnace/air conditioning unit. Thank you Howe Inc for employing such great staff!

To this day, Howe knows how to treat customers right, and how to treat people right in general. Between John stopping in to quote my new water heater to Dillon installing it, Howe continues to maintain professionalism and proven experience.

...and that's why they're the best

Whether it has been for my heating, cooling, or plumbing needs, I choose to consistently return as a Howe customer. Over the course of 2 houses, Howe has maintained my property. My latest endeavor involved a courteous nature from the professionals that extended not only to me, but my curious child as well. As always, the workmanship was superb and at a fraction of the cost that I had been informed of by others.

Sometimes, it all comes down to how motivated to work a technician is and/or perhaps misunderstanding of what a customer expects to have done. On my most recent endeavor, the problem I had was not resolved in the manner I anticipated. However, follow-up contact by Howe resulted in a fair agreement.

It's great to know there are still companies out there that are willing to take care of their customers.

We had a water fawcet leak. Had to turn off water and they came right away!!! They are all about customer service! He knew right away what was wrong. If I could I would give them 10 stars! Seth took care of us - ask for Seth! Also the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and understood that we it was urgent to get someone out here as quickly as possible.

Dillon from Howe plumbing was great to work with. He was quick, efficient and no mess. The new sink plumbing and faucet look beautiful. He answered all my questions and asked me great questions to deliver above my expectations. Thanks!

Our AC went out during a brutal heat wave, and Howe, Inc. came through big time. They fixed our compressor fast, came in under the original quote, and were super easy to work with. The tech we talked to knew his stuff and explained everything clearly. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Kyle N showed up within 30 mins and fixed my furnace is less than 2 hours! Howe rocks!

I’m always impressed with Howe! After the AC died, I called them about a new one. It was installed and fully operating less than 48 hours later. You can’t beat the service and professionalism of the entire staff.

Kyle from Howe was awesome. We needed after hours service and he communicated with me every step of the way. Main thing is he got our AC up and running fast and thats a great thing. Thanks Howe, and especially thank you Kyle.

When the water heater broke, Howe was my first call. Warren talked me through how to stop the water that was leaking across my storage room floor over the phone and did the initial assessment. Then Evan came to replace the water heater. He was prompt and professional and even tolerated my barking dogs! The install was great and Evan left the storage room space spotless. I highly recommend Evan and the Howe team!

We’ve had a slow leak on our shower faucet that turned into a full stream so I had sent an inquiry out at one in the morning to have them come quote us. Hayden was our plumber and was phenomenal! He was very thorough and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I’m glad he did as there was a small leak in one of the pipes which he had to fix anything that does with plumbing or electricity isn’t cheap but it was a reasonable. I would highly recommend these guys! I will update after a few months but I don’t foresee there being an issue!

The guys did a great job! They had to crawl into a tightly confined crawl space under my home and were able to identify and fix the problem in a timely manner, and they even did so while maintaining a great attitude throughout the process!

Really want say thank you today for going above and beyond with your customer service.. you guys help fixes my issues quickly,professional and with kindness..yes my plumbing issues..I will definitely recommend you guys for any service needed..

Seth is a very nice gentleman. He installed the water heater flawlessly. A fine young man!

Shane is a very professional and thorough plumber. He checked and rechecked our problem. It turned out to be an issue on our end . Was not a warranty issue. Unfortunately it cost us money but it was worth it. Thank you Shane and happy riding lol.

This was my second time calling Howe for help. Last Fall, I had someone out to look at my furnace. I was very happy with that help. So when I was having problems with my air conditioner of course I called Howe for help. My service person was really great. Thank you Howe.

Chad H. Was excellent. I shared with him my problem of being quoted an insane price for a furnace at another company. He instantly said he could do better and jumped into action. I had my price quote and appointment set up with in an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable and I was very satisfied with the outcome.

Jackson and Alex showed up on time to perform the replacement/install. I let them in and they went straight to work. They were kind, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable about what they were working on. They were in and out no mess, no stress.

Had our main shut off valve break on a Friday morning and by 1:00 they had it fixed and our water was back on. They were very quick and professional.

WOW!! That's all I can say about the experience I had with Seth & Chad at Howe! My water heater decided to go out randomly, as they do, and dumped water into my basement, during a very hectic / busy week day, where I had no extra time to deal with this disaster. One phone call to Chad and that same day he was able to coordinate with Seth & his team to pick up the new 85 gallon beauty from Lennox, SD and have it delivered / installed at my home in Sioux Falls, that very afternoon! I was not without hot water during this "fun" experience and this truly speaks to the quality of Chad, Seth, & the entire team at Howe! I would highly recommend their services and I do just that to my clients on a regular basis! Thanks again to everyone at Howe for a WOW! experience!
