Andrey was here 2-10-2023 and was very helpful, he took time to explain the issues and how he came to the conclusion of the issue as well as possible solutions. Andrey is very knowledgeable and understanding of customer questions and concerns. I will definitely be contacting him for any issues with our HVAC.

My air conditioner stopped cooling last night, a tech was over midmorning this morning. He added some freon and it's cooling again. The tech was courteous and friendly. Thank you for the fast service.

Can't say enough good things about Midwest Mechanical. In my business we run into a lot of last minute issues. These guys came in quickly and remedied the problem. Their tech Dustin is awesome to work with. They were fair, honest, and professional. I highly recommend.

Just had plumbing service performed by Midwestern Mechanical and am extremely pleased! Their technician Dustin Aalderks took on what started as a small plumbing enhancement in the basement, but turned into a nightmare because most of the cast iron pipe had collapsed and had to be dug out and replaced (see attached photo). He also corrected and completed the plumbing for my hot tub that another firm had started and screwed up. His knowledge, attention to detail and forward-thought-process saved me from having other issues in the future. I'd highly recommend Midwestern Mechanical and especially Dustin A.

Had a plumbing problem at our orthodontic clinic after hours. Met Eric Blair from Midwestern Mechanical at the office around 6:45AM and he fixed the problem before the start of a busy day. Eric, you are a superstar!

We can't Thank Midwestern Mechanical enough for their outstanding service! When our mobile home park, which houses 110 mobile homes, faced a critical issue with the water main, no other company in town had the parts or capability to help us. Midwestern Mechanical stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve the problem quickly and professionally.

We contacted Midwestern Mechanical, because the shower had a stream of water that wouldn't shut off. They were able to get a tech out right away and he replaced the shower head the same day, which fixed the issue. The tech cleaned up after himself and wore booties on our carpet. Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues!

I spoke to Tom about some work I was considering having done at my home. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable, honest and upfront he was when he provided options and went over the pros and cons. Other companies I've called wanted to charge me $50 just to give a quote. If you need work done at your home I recommend you call Tom at Midwest Mechanical.

I recently took over managing an apartment complex and was having a very difficult time getting the previous sprinkler company to come out for our annual sprinkler inspection, despite calling them multiple times. After one phone call to Midwestern Mechanical, they were on site within two days, which was beyond impressive.

Robert was absolutely outstanding to work with. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, responsive, courteous, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping. The level of expediency, service quality, communication, and expertise he provided was truly top-tier.

Fast forward just two days after the inspection, our alarm system started going off due to low air pressure in the sprinkler system caused by the -30 extreme cold temperatures. One quick call to Midwestern Mechanical and within minutes, Robert calmly and clearly walked me through exactly what to do over the phone to get the air pressure back up and the alarm cleared saving me time and stress!

This team delivers incredible service, lightning-fast response time, outstanding technical knowledge, and genuine customer care. Robert absolutely knocked it out of the park for me.
