John was over the morning after I made my initial call regarding bats. He was able to quickly identify the problem areas and built a fair quote to remove the bats. His knowledge is broad on his profession.

Central Plains was very punctual on the date of install. They were literally to my house, install done, and gone in 30 minutes. They also follow up on their work to ensure the problem is gone.

John and his crew are unrivaled in the rodent business and I wouldn’t recommend anybody else.

These people are fantastic!!! When I realized there were bats in my attic I did a lot of research on the problem and spoke with several bat exclusion companies. Sam with CP Bat Mitigation stands heads above everyone else that I spoke with, and is by far the most thorough, the most professional, with the best warranty!!!

I called Central Plains Bat Removal after I had already done some work to deal with my bat problem. I let them know this over the phone when I scheduled my appointment and they still had no problem showing up for a free consultation. The guy who met me said he was the owner of the company. We walked around my house and he immediately identified a spot he could tell I did some work on and thought it was likely I solved the problem myself but trapped any bats inside. He was knowledgable, friendly, and honest. Rather than suggesting their services he gave me some tips on what kind of product to use to be sure I filled the spot in correctly and assured me I most likely solved my own problem. He gave me his personal phone number and encouraged me to call if I had any problems moving forward. That was a week ago and we haven't had any bat issues since but I will definitely be giving him a call if I do in the future.

Called them due to finding bat droppings on my garage floor, the owner himself came to my house the same day as I called. John was immediately able to find the location they were getting in. He then walked me through step by step the procedure to mitigate them. Very professional. They came a few days later and took care of the problem. Also, Mike (the gentleman that did they repairs) went above and beyond and sealed up other locations that could be a problem in the future at no added expense to myself. It was an amazing experience for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone that has issues with bats. Also they were substantially more competitive on price than the other company I called. CP Bat Mitigation not only are bat experts but are very knowledgeable about roofs. They did an inspection of my home and explained how a bat or two could have gotten in through an old gutter system. In the end, I was shown pictures of my attic space and exterior siding with the conclusion that I do not have a current bat problem. Great news for me. (It was suggested I block one of the old gutter openings—something I have easy access to.) These guys are amazing, and true to their word the inspection was free.

Nick came over and performed bat inspection at my home after home inspection had found droppings. Inspection was free and he found that the bat activity was previous and all issues had already been taken care of. He walked me through what to watch for and was very friendly! Highly recommend Nick and CP Bat Mitigation.

Nick was very thorough and friendly. He took his time and explained everything to me. I really appreciated his expertise and information.

I spoke with Central Plains on a Tuesday, and John was at my house on Wednesday. The pricing was about 1/2 of the next lowest bid, and the installation was scheduled to be completed within 10 days.

Considering it is November, and the temperature was in the high teens; I was impressed and thankful that it was completed instead of being rescheduled. The other business was unavailable until March or April. Both installers were efficient and professional.

Considering the customer service, responsiveness, and fair pricing; I cannot recommend Central Plains Bat Removal enough.

First let me say this honestly this is the best company in Sioux Falls. I gave them and call and they were very responsive. John came by my home and assets the situation and made it very clear that the company before did not properly remove the bat issue from my home accordingly.
He decided that he was going to have his team do things correctly and free of charge. My wife and I was so happy when he stated that it would be of no charge.

This is an outstanding company and I would recommend them to anyone that is dealing with a bat issue.

I cannot express my appreciation for John and his crew enough!! One of the nicest people I have met. They absolutely take pride in their job. His crew came out today in 41 degree pouring rain to help us with our bat problem. His prices are absolutely the best and he is so genuine and wants the best for his customers.
